Torna il concerto della rassegna dedicato alla musica del Novecento, che quest'anno viene declinata in particolare alla musica per chitarra classica, e presenta un repertorio non molto eseguito in Italia. Le sonorità spagnoleggianti saranno chiaramente riconoscibili nel fortemente identitario di , composto nel 1939, e qui presentato in una versione inedita per chitarra e quartetto d'archi. Un concerto composto in un’epoca in cui ai grandi virtuosi non bastava brillare come solisti: avevano bisogno di distinguersi in mezzo e al di sopra di un complesso strumentale, in una suprema esibizione di tecnica.
Il sabor de España riecheggerà, inserito in una maggiore complessità armonica e contrappuntistica anche nel ’ . 143 di -, composto nel 1950 e dedicato ad Andrés Segovia. Una composizione, quest’ultima, di chiara matrice novecentesca e dalla struttura decisamente cameristica, dove la chitarra dialoga alla pari con gli altri strumenti senza prevaricazioni virtuosistiche o tematiche.

The concert of the series dedicated to 20th-century music returns, which this year is particularly focused on classical guitar music, presenting a repertoire not often performed in Italy. The Spanish sounds will be clearly recognizable in the strongly iconic by , composed in 1939, and here presented in a unique version for guitar and string quartet. A concerto composed at a time when great virtuosos needed to shine not just as soloists: they had to stand out amidst and above an instrumental ensemble, in a supreme display of technique.
The sabor de España will resonate, set within a greater harmonic and contrapuntal complexity even in the ’ . 143 by -, composed in 1950 and dedicated to Andrés Segovia. This composition, of a clear 20th-century matrix and decidedly chamber music structure, where the guitar dialogues equally with the other instruments without virtuosic or thematic preeminence.

Jahrhunderts gewidmet ist, kehrt zurück, wobei in diesem Jahr besonders die Musik für klassische Gitarre im Fokus steht und ein Repertoire präsentiert wird, das in Italien nicht oft aufgeführt wird. Die spanischen Klänge werden klar im stark identitätsstiftenden von , komponiert im Jahr 1939, erkennbar sein, das hier in einer unveröffentlichten Version für Gitarre und Streichquartett präsentiert wird. Ein Konzert, das in einer Zeit entstand, in der es für die großen Virtuosen nicht ausreichte, als Solisten zu glänzen: Sie mussten sich in und über einem Ensemble von Instrumenten hervorheben, in einer überragenden Demonstration von Technik.
