L'estate invita a compiere uno dei gesti più antichi e affascinanti del mondo: alzare gli occhi al cielo. Lontano dalle luci della città, la volta celeste estiva si rivela come un immenso velluto nero trapuntato di diamanti, un teatro silenzioso dove vanno in scena miti millenari e spettacoli cosmici mozzafiato.
Il vero cuore del cielo estivo è la Via Lattea. Osservarla a occhio nudo in una botte buia è un'esperienza mistica: miliardi di stelle lontane si fondono in un abbraccio luminoso, interrotto qua e là da nubi di polvere oscura che creano contrasti drammatici.
Per chi muove i primi passi nell'astronomia, il cielo d'estate offre un punto di riferimento infallibile: Il Triangolo Estivo. Non si tratta di una vera e propria costellazione, ma di un "asterismo" formato dalle tre stelle più brillanti di tre cotellazioni diverse che dominano il cielo quasi allo zenit (proprio sopra la nostra testa): Vega nella Lira, Altair nell'Aquila e Deneb nel Cigno.
Il cielo astivo è anche un libro di mitologia a cielo aperto. Quando la Terra si orienta verso il centro della Via Lattea, il cielo si popola di eroi, mostri e storie d'amore che i popoli del passato (soprattutto Greci e Romani) usavano per spiegare l'universo.
A guidare i nostri ospiti al Centro astronomico, in questo viaggio tra miti e leggende legati alle costellazioni, sarà Sandra De Bacco, non solo attraverso la magia del planetario ma soprattutto al cospetto delle meraviglie reali della cupola stellata.
Summer invites us to perform one of the oldest and most fascinating gestures in the world: to raise our eyes to the sky. Far from the lights of the city, the summer sky reveals itself as an immense black velvet dotted with diamonds, a silent theater where ancient myths and breathtaking cosmic shows take the stage.
The true heart of the summer sky is the Milky Way. Observing it with the naked eye in a dark barrel is a mystical experience: billions of distant stars merge in a luminous embrace, interrupted here and there by clouds of dark dust that create dramatic contrasts.
For those taking their first steps in astronomy, the summer sky offers an infallible reference: The Summer Triangle. It is not a true constellation, but an "asterism" formed by the three brightest stars from three different constellations that dominate the sky almost at the zenith (right above our heads): Vega in Lyra, Altair in Aquila, and Deneb in Cygnus.
The summer sky is also an open book of mythology. When the Earth orients itself towards the center of the Milky Way, the sky is populated with heroes, monsters, and love stories that the peoples of the past (especially Greeks and Romans) used to explain the universe.
Leading our guests at the Astronomical Center, on this journey through myths and legends related to the constellations, will be Sandra De Bacco, not only through the magic of the planetarium but especially in the presence of the real wonders of the starry dome.
Der Sommer lädt ein, eine der ältesten und faszinierendsten Gesten der Welt zu vollziehen: den Blick zum Himmel zu heben. Entfernt von den Lichtern der Stadt erweist sich das sommerliche Firmament als ein riesiger schwarzer Samt, der mit Diamanten bestickt ist, ein stilles Theater, in dem jahrtausendealte Mythen und atemberaubende kosmische Spektakel aufgeführt werden.
Das wahre Herz des Sommerhimmels ist die Milchstraße. Sie mit bloßem Auge in einer dunklen Tonne zu beobachten, ist ein mystisches Erlebnis: Milliarden ferner Sterne verschmelzen zu einer leuchtenden Umarmung, unterbrochen hier und da von dunklen Staubwolken, die dramatische Kontraste schaffen.
Für diejenigen, die ihre ersten Schritte in der Astronomie machen, bietet der Sommerhimmel einen unfehlbaren Orientierungspunkt: Das Sommerdreieck. Es handelt sich nicht um ein richtiges Sternbild, sondern um ein "Asterismus", das aus den drei hellsten Sternen dreier verschiedener Sternbilder besteht, die den Himmel nahezu am Zenit dominieren (direkt über unseren Köpfen): Vega in der Leier, Altair im Adler und Deneb im Schwan.
Der Sommerhimmel ist auch ein offenes Buch der Mythologie. Wenn die Erde sich zum Zentrum der Milchstraße orientiert, belebt der Himmel sich mit Helden, Monstern und Liebesgeschichten, die die Völker der Vergangenheit (vor allem die Griechen und Römer) verwendeten, um das Universum zu erklären.
Unsere Gäste im Astronomischen Zentrum werden von Sandra De Bacco auf dieser Reise durch Mythen und Legenden der Sternbilder geleitet, nicht nur durch die Magie des Planetariums, sondern vor allem im Angesicht der echten Wunder der Sternenkuppel.
