È la prima sagra di paese dell’anno solare e ormai sono oltre trent’anni fa che l’intero Feltrino aspetta la Festa di San Marcello a Umin per fare un tuffo tra fede, tradizione e antichi sapori, come riporta anche il manifesto che pubblicizza l’appuntamento.
Si inizierà mercoledì 14 e si andrà avanti fino a domenica 18 gennaio con un programma centrato soprattutto sulla gastronomia: il piatto principale sarà come sempre la trippa, preparata sia in sugo alla parmigiana, sia in brodo per accontentare gli estimatori di entrambe le versioni.
La storia della festa inizia nei primi anni 80 quando i residenti decisero di raccogliere dei fondi per restaurare la chiesetta ormai in degrado.
Anno dopo anno la manifestazione ha preso piede, ha richiamato un numero crescente di persone fino a quando gli organizzatori – in prima fila ci sono gli alpini del gruppo di Villabruna e gli amici del casel – hanno deciso che era ora di dotare la festa di un capannone proprio, da riscaldare per renderlo più confortevole offrendo allo staff dei cuochi lo spazio necessario in cucina per fare fronte a tutte le richieste.
It is the first village festival of the calendar year, and it has been over thirty years since the entire Feltrino area has been waiting for the Feast of Saint Marcello in Umin to make a dive into faith, tradition, and ancient flavors, as also reported by the poster that promotes the event.
The festivities will start on Friday, January 12, and will continue until Tuesday, January 16, with a program centered primarily around gastronomy: the main dish will, as always, be tripe, prepared both in a parmesan sauce and in broth to satisfy enthusiasts of both versions.
The history of the festival began in the early 80s when the residents decided to raise funds to restore the now-decrepit little church.
Year after year, the event took off, attracting a growing number of people until the organizers – primarily the alpine group from Villabruna and the friends of the casel – decided it was time to equip the festival with its own heated tent to make it more comfortable, providing the cooking staff with the necessary space in the kitchen to meet all the demands.
Es ist das erste Dorffest des Kalenderjahres und inzwischen warten die Menschen in Feltrino seit über dreißig Jahren auf das Fest von San Marcello in Umin, um in den Glauben, Traditionen und alte Geschmäcker einzutauchen, wie auch das Plakat, das die Veranstaltung ankündigt, berichtet.
Begonnen wird am Freitag, dem 12. Januar, und das Fest dauert bis Dienstag, dem 16. Januar, mit einem Programm, das sich vor allem um die Gastronomie dreht: Das Hauptgericht wird wie immer die Kutteln sein, zubereitet sowohl in Parmigiana-Soße als auch in Brühe, um die Liebhaber beider Varianten zufriedenzustellen.
Die Geschichte des Festes beginnt in den frühen 80er Jahren, als die Anwohner beschlossen, Geld zu sammeln, um die inzwischen heruntergekommene Kapelle zu restaurieren.
Jahr für Jahr hat sich die Veranstaltung etabliert und immer mehr Menschen angezogen, bis die Organisatoren – an vorderster Front die Alpenvereinsmitglieder der Gruppe Villabruna und die Freunde des Casel – beschlossen, dass es an der Zeit sei, das Fest mit einem eigenen beheizbaren Pavillon auszustatten, um es komfortabler zu machen und dem Küchenteam den notwendigen Platz zu bieten, um allen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden.
