L’incontro, condotto dallo psicologo e psicoterapeuta Alessandro Ricci e dal docente di Psicologia dell’educazione Zbigniew Formella, verterà sul ruolo sempre più importante assunto dai nonni all’interno delle famiglie contemporanee: una presenza che può rappresentare una risorsa affettiva ed educativa preziosa, ma che può anche generare incomprensioni e differenti visioni educative.
L’obiettivo sarà quindi quello di riflettere sulla necessità di costruire una vera e propria alleanza educativa tra genitori e nonni, nel rispetto dei ruoli e delle responsabilità di ciascuno.

I RELATORI
Alessandro Ricci è psicologo e psicoterapeuta e professore stabilizzato presso l’Istituto Psicologia Università Pontificia Salesiana di Roma, dove insegna Psicologia dell’educazione e Psicologia scolastica. Accanto all’attività clinica si occupa da anni di formazione rivolta a genitori, insegnanti ed educatori. È autore di numerose pubblicazioni dedicate alla genitorialità, tra cui Educare insieme ai nonni, scritto insieme a Zbigniew Formella.
Zbigniew Formella, salesiano, è professore ordinario di Psicologia dell’educazione presso l’Università Pontificia Salesiana, dove si occupa in particolare del rapporto tra psicologia e pedagogia, della relazione educativa e delle problematiche legate al disagio giovanile. La sua attività accademica e di ricerca è affiancata da una lunga esperienza nella formazione. È autore e coautore di numerose pubblicazioni dedicate all’educazione, alla famiglia, alla scuola e all’adolescenza.
The meeting, conducted by psychologist and psychotherapist Alessandro Ricci and by the lecturer in Educational Psychology Zbigniew Formella, will focus on the increasingly important role that grandparents play within contemporary families: a presence that can represent a valuable emotional and educational resource, but that can also generate misunderstandings and differing educational perspectives.
The objective will therefore be to reflect on the necessity of building a genuine educational alliance between parents and grandparents, respecting the roles and responsibilities of each.

THE SPEAKERS
Alessandro Ricci is a psychologist and psychotherapist and a tenured professor at the Psychology Institute of the Pontifical Salesian University in Rome, where he teaches Educational Psychology and School Psychology. Alongside his clinical activity, he has been involved for years in training directed at parents, teachers, and educators. He is the author of numerous publications dedicated to parenting, including Educating Together with Grandparents, written with Zbigniew Formella.
Zbigniew Formella, a Salesian, is a full professor of Educational Psychology at the Pontifical Salesian University, where he focuses particularly on the relationship between psychology and pedagogy, the educational relationship, and issues related to youth distress. His academic and research activity is accompanied by a long experience in training. He is the author and co-author of numerous publications dedicated to education, family, school, and adolescence.
Das Treffen, geleitet von dem Psychologen und Psychotherapeuten Alessandro Ricci und dem Dozenten für Bildungspsychologie Zbigniew Formella, wird sich auf die zunehmend wichtige Rolle konzentrieren, die Großeltern in modernen Familien übernehmen: eine Präsenz, die eine wertvolle emotionale und erzieherische Ressource darstellen kann, aber auch Missverständnisse und verschiedene Erziehungsansichten hervorrufen kann.
Das Ziel wird daher sein, über die Notwendigkeit nachzudenken, eine echte Bildungsallianz zwischen Eltern und Großeltern zu schaffen, unter Berücksichtigung der Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten jedes Einzelnen.

DIE REFERENTEN
Alessandro Ricci ist Psychologe und Psychotherapeut sowie fest angestellter Professor am Institut für Psychologie der Päpstlichen Universität Salesiana in Rom, wo er Bildungspsychologie und Schulpsychologie lehrt. Neben der klinischen Tätigkeit beschäftigt er sich seit Jahren mit der Weiterbildung von Eltern, Lehrern und Erziehern. Er ist Autor zahlreicher Publikationen, die sich mit Elternschaft befassen, darunter Gemeinsam mit den Großeltern erziehen, geschrieben zusammen mit Zbigniew Formella.
Zbigniew Formella, Salesianer, ist ordentlicher Professor für Bildungspsychologie an der Päpstlichen Universität Salesiana, wo er sich insbesondere mit der Beziehung zwischen Psychologie und Pädagogik, der Erziehungsbeziehung und den Problemen der Jugenddisziplin befasst. Seine akademische und Forschungsarbeit wird von langjähriger Erfahrung in der Weiterbildung begleitet. Er ist Autor und Mitautor zahlreicher Publikationen, die sich mit Bildung, Familie, Schule und Jugend beschäftigen.
