La Festa del Formai Schiz è un'occasione per scoprire, o riscoprire, il gusto ed il profumo della tradizione locale.
Il Casel di Celarda è riconociuto laboratorio artigianale, per la lavorazione/trasformazione di latte crudo per Dimostrazioni Didattiche a scolaresche o comitive di persone.
Nella giornata di domentica saranno organizzate due visite guidate alla chiesa di San Benedetto a cura di Daniele da Mutten, e a seguire "Lezione di Affresco" con il pittore locale Lino Pauletti. Alle ore 10:30 e 16:00.
Per la degustazione di SABATO 15 sono disponibili 40 posti. Prenotazioni entro il 12 AGOSTO al 338 5764639 (Monica - ore pasti)

The Festa del Formai Schiz is an opportunity to discover, or rediscover, the taste and aroma of local tradition.
The Casel di Celarda is recognized as an artisan workshop for the processing/transformation of raw milk for educational demonstrations to school groups or groups of people.
On Sunday, two guided tours will be organized to the church of San Benedetto, curated by Daniele da Mutten, followed by a "Fresco Lesson" with local painter Lino Pauletti. At 10:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
For the tasting on SATURDAY 15, 40 spots are available. Reservations by August 12 at 338 5764639 (Monica - meal times)

Das Festa del Formai Schiz ist eine Gelegenheit, den Geschmack und das Aroma der lokalen Tradition zu entdecken oder wiederzuentdecken.
Der Casel di Celarda ist ein anerkanntes handwerkliches Labor für die Verarbeitung von Rohmilch für didaktische Demonstrationen für Schulklassen oder Gruppen von Personen.
Am Sonntag werden zwei geführte Besichtigungen der Kirche San Benedetto unter der Leitung von Daniele da Mutten organisiert, gefolgt von einer "Lehre in Freskomalerei" mit dem lokalen Maler Lino Pauletti. Um 10:30 uhr und 4:00 uhr.
Für die Verkostung am SAMSTAG, den 15., sind 40 Plätze verfügbar. Reservierungen bis zum 12. AUGUST unter 338 5764639 (Monica - während der Mahlzeiten)
