La festa del formai Schiz è un'occasione per scoprire, o riscoprire, il gusto ed il profumo della tradizione gastronomica locale. Assistere alla lavorazione del latte consentirà di ricordare luoghi e persone della civiltà contadina del nostro territorio e viverne fatiche e gioie.

Das Fest des Formaï Schiz ist eine Gelegenheit, den Geschmack und das Aroma der lokalen gastronomischen Tradition zu entdecken oder wiederzuentdecken.
