Trekking di due giorni adatto a chi vuole godersi la montagna autunnale, ricca nelle sfumature del cielo e della vegetazione. Due giorni nella Val Zemola, all’interno del Comune di Erto e Casso e del bellissimo Parco Naturale delle Dolomiti Friulane. Protagonisti del trekking sono i boschi e i loro colori, il monte Duranno (2652 m) sempre in vista, l’ex-cava Buscada e il parco geo-paleontologico, ricco in ammoniti e storia, il bramito dei cervi in questo periodo in amore e infine il buon cibo!
Il primo giorno si sale al Rifugio Cava Buscada su comoda strada bianca. Si lascia buona parte del peso dello zaino e si prosegue verso la cima della Palazza (2210 m - alcuni brevi tratti richiedono passo sicuro). Nel pomeriggio si visita l’ex cava e il parco geo-paleontologico. Sarete ospiti al Rifugio Cava Buscada, antico rifugio dei cavatori e oggi restaurato punto di appoggio, dove chi ci accoglie ha vissuto in prima persona le storie di quei tempi. Il giorno successivo si effettuerà l’anello integrale della Val Zemola, passando per casera Bedin de Sora, il rifugio Maniago e casera Galvana.

Two-day trek suitable for those who want to enjoy the autumn mountains, rich in shades of the sky and vegetation. Two days in Val Zemola, within the Municipality of Erto and Casso and the beautiful Natural Park of the Friulian Dolomites. The protagonists of the trek are the woods and their colors, Mount Duranno (2652 m) always in sight, the former Buscada quarry and the geo-paleontological park, rich in ammonites and history, the roar of the deer during their mating season, and finally, good food!
On the first day, we ascend to the Cava Buscada Refuge via a comfortable dirt road. Most of the backpack weight is left behind as we continue towards the summit of Palazza (2210 m - some short sections require steady footing). In the afternoon, we visit the former quarry and the geo-paleontological park. You will be guests at the Cava Buscada Refuge, an ancient shelter for quarrymen, now restored as a base, where your hosts have personally experienced the stories of those times. The next day, we will complete the full loop of Val Zemola, passing by Casera Bedin de Sora, Maniago Refuge, and Casera Galvana.

Zwei-Tages-Trekking geeignet für diejenigen, die die herbstliche Berglandschaft genießen möchten, reich an Nuancen des Himmels und der Vegetation. Zwei Tage im Val Zemola, innerhalb der Gemeinde Erto und Casso und des wunderschönen Naturparks der Friulianischen Dolomiten. Protagonisten des Trekkings sind die Wälder und ihre Farben, der Monte Duranno (2652 m) immer im Blick, der ehemalige Steinbruch Buscada und der geo-palaeontologische Park, reich an Ammoniten und Geschichte, das Röhren der Rehe in dieser Zeit der Paarung und schließlich das gute Essen!
Am ersten Tag geht es zum Rifugio Cava Buscada auf einem bequemen Kiesweg. Ein großer Teil des Rucksacks wird abgelegt und es geht weiter zur Spitze der Palazza (2210 m - einige kurze Abschnitte erfordern Trittsicherheit). Am Nachmittag besuchen wir den ehemaligen Steinbruch und den geo-palaeontologischen Park. Sie werden im Rifugio Cava Buscada untergebracht, einem alten Unterstand für Steinbrecher, der heute restaurierter Stützpunkt ist, wo uns diejenigen empfangen, die die Geschichten jener Zeit aus erster Hand erlebt haben. Am nächsten Tag wird die gesamte Runde des Val Zemola durchgeführt, vorbei an der casera Bedin de Sora, dem Rifugio Maniago und der casera Galvana.
