34^ Festa del Formaggio del Formaggio Monte Veronese

31 maggio 2026 Erbezzo (VR)

È un'occasione unica per incontrare tutti i produttori riuniti nel Consorzio di tutela ed è un momento speciale per degustare e acquistare un prodotto unico direttamente dalle loro mani. Durante questa giornata di festa il nostro Consorzio organizzerà varie attività didattiche, che quest'anno si terranno nella sala civica sotto il Municipio di Erbezzo (VR).


:
• 9.30 Apertura della festa. Esposizione e vendita dei prodotti lattiero-caseari, in Piazza della Chiesa, e prodotti tipici veronesi lungo le vie del paese.


• 10.30 e alle 16.00 Laboratorio didattico per bambini “Un’ora da casaro” in Sala Civica (Piazza del Municipio).
Si propone un’attività dedicata alla trasformazione del latte in formaggio condotta singolarmente da ogni partecipante che realizzerà, a partire da latte bovino fresco, una caciotta, seguendo le indicazioni dell’esperto. Durante l’incontro, verrà fatta una simulazione molto coinvolgente per far meglio comprendere i principi della caseificazione. Adatto anche per gli adulti.


• 11.30 Sfilata costume tradizionali e premiazione del “Miglior Monte Veronese Dop” nella Piazza del Municipio.
Verrà premiato il miglior formaggio Monte Veronese Dop, nelle varie stagionature. Investitura dei nuovi Consiglieri dell’“Eccelsa et Insigne Arte dei Formaggeri”.


• 12.00 Apertura stand gastronomico di piatti tipici all’interno del palazzetto dello sport. A cura della Pro Loco di Erbezzo


• 15.00 Degustazione guidata di Monte Veronese Dop in Sala Civica (Piazza del Municipio). Verranno presentati i formaggi vincitori del concorso nelle varie stagionature e il Monte Veronese di Malga del presidio Slow Food.


• 15.30 Esibizione della Banda Cittadina di Grezzana.


• 16.00 “Formaggio in piazza”. Sarà possibile assistere dal vivo alla creazione del Monte Veronese. La manifestazione sarà allietata dalle fisarmoniche cimbre e dagli Amici del Bovaro del Bernese Nord-est.

Il programma potrà subire variazioni. La manifestazione si svolgerà anche in caso di maltempo. I laboratori e le degustazioni guidate a cura del Consorzio di tutela Monte Veronese sono a partecipazione gratuita, previa registrazione sul sito dedicato: www.monteveronese.it

This is a unique opportunity to meet all the producers gathered in the Protection Consortium, and it is a special moment to taste and purchase a unique product directly from their hands. During this day of celebration, our Consortium will organize various educational activities, which this year will take place in the civic hall under the Municipality of Erbezzo (VR).


:
• 9.30 a.m. Opening of the festival. Exhibition and sale of dairy products in Piazza della Chiesa, and typical Veronese products along the streets of the town.


• 10.30 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Educational workshop for children “An Hour as a Cheesemaker” in the Civic Hall (Piazza del Municipio).
An activity dedicated to the transformation of milk into cheese led individually by each participant who will create a caciotta from fresh cow's milk, following the expert's instructions. During the meeting, a very engaging simulation will be carried out to better understand the principles of cheesemaking. Also suitable for adults.


• 11.30 a.m. Parade of traditional costumes and awarding of the “Best Monte Veronese Dop” in the Piazza del Municipio.
The best Monte Veronese Dop cheese will be awarded in various aging stages. Investiture of the new Councillors of the “Eccelsa et Insigne Arte dei Formaggeri”.


• 12.00 p.m. Opening of the food stand serving typical dishes inside the sports hall. Organized by the Pro Loco of Erbezzo.


• 3.00 p.m. Guided tasting of Monte Veronese Dop in the Civic Hall (Piazza del Municipio). The winning cheeses of the competition in various aging stages and the Monte Veronese from Malga of the Slow Food presidium will be presented.


• 3.30 p.m. Performance by the Municipal Band of Grezzana.


• 4.00 p.m. “Cheese in the square.” It will be possible to witness the live creation of Monte Veronese. The event will be enlivened by the Cimbrian accordion and the Friends of the Bernese Mountain Dog North-east.

Es ist eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, alle Produzenten zu treffen, die im Schutzkonsortium vereint sind, und es ist ein besonderer Moment, um ein einzigartiges Produkt direkt aus deren Händen zu probieren und zu kaufen. Während dieses Festtags wird unser Konsortium verschiedene lehrreiche Aktivitäten organisieren, die in diesem Jahr im Bürgersaal unter dem Rathaus von Erbezzo (VR) stattfinden werden.


:
• 9.30 Uhr Eröffnung des Festes. Ausstellung und Verkauf von Milchprodukten auf dem Platz vor der Kirche, sowie typischen Produkten aus Verona entlang der Straßen des Dorfes.


• 10.30 und 16.00 Uhr Workshop für Kinder “Eine Stunde als Käsemeister” im Bürgersaal (Platz des Rathauses).
Es wird eine Aktivität angeboten, die der Umwandlung von Milch in Käse gewidmet ist, die von jedem Teilnehmer einzeln durchgeführt wird, wobei aus frischer Kuhmilch eine Caciotta hergestellt wird, gemäß den Anweisungen des Experten. Während des Treffens wird eine sehr fesselnde Simulation durchgeführt, um die Grundlagen der Käseherstellung besser zu verstehen. Auch für Erwachsene geeignet.


• 11.30 Uhr Parade traditioneller Kostüme und Preisverleihung für den “Besten Monte Veronese DOP” auf dem Rathausplatz.
Der beste Monte Veronese DOP wird in den verschiedenen Reifungsgraden ausgezeichnet. Ernennung der neuen Berater der “Eccelsa et Insigne Arte dei Formaggeri”.


• 12.00 Uhr Eröffnung des gastronomischen Standes mit typischen Gerichten in der Sporthalle. Organisiert von der Pro Loco von Erbezzo.


• 15.00 Uhr Geführte Verkostung von Monte Veronese DOP im Bürgersaal (Platz des Rathauses). Die Gewinnerkäse des Wettbewerbs in den verschiedenen Reifungsgraden und der Monte Veronese von Malga des Slow Food Präsidiums werden vorgestellt.


• 15.30 Uhr Aufführung der Stadtband von Grezzana.


• 16.00 Uhr “Käse auf dem Platz”. Es wird möglich sein, live bei der Herstellung des Monte Veronese zuzusehen. Die Veranstaltung wird von Steirischen Harmonikas und den Freunden des Berner Sennenhunds Nordostej begleitet.

Das Programm kann Änderungen unterliegen. Die Veranstaltung findet auch bei schlechtem Wetter statt. Die Workshops und geführten Verkostungen des Schutzkonsortiums Monte Veronese sind kostenlos, jedoch ist eine Registrierung auf der vorgesehenen Website erforderlich: www.monteveronese.it
