Sintonizza il cuore con il respiro profondo e lento, accompagnato dalla musica. Nella splendida cornice del Castello del Catajo, circondati da storia e natura, danzeremo vestiti con abiti colorati e svolazzanti. Una meditazione dinamica rituale che si ispira alla tradizione orientale Sufi.Al termine dell’attività, per chi lo desidera, si andrà alla scoperta del castello e dei suoi saloni affrescati con una visita guidata.QUOTA DI PARTECIPAZIONE: € 20,00 (comprensivi di pratica di yoga e visita guidata al castello)COSA PORTARE CON SÉ: un telo o tappetino, vestiti freschi e comodi, meglio se leggeri e con tessuti “danzanti”, porta se vuoi un fiore o un nastro tra i capelli, una bottiglietta d’acqua.
Tune your heart with deep and slow breathing, accompanied by music. In the beautiful setting of the Catajo Castle, surrounded by history and nature, we will dance dressed in colorful and flowing garments. A dynamic ritual meditation inspired by the Eastern Sufi tradition. At the end of the activity, for those who wish, we will explore the castle and its frescoed halls with a guided tour. PARTICIPATION FEE: € 20.00 (including yoga practice and guided tour of the castle) WHAT TO BRING: a towel or mat, fresh and comfortable clothes, preferably light and with "dancing" fabrics, bring a flower or a ribbon for your hair if you like, a small water bottle.
Stimme das Herz mit dem tiefen und langsamen Atem ab, begleitet von Musik. In der herrlichen Kulisse des Castello del Catajo, umgeben von Geschichte und Natur, werden wir in bunten und flatternden Gewändern tanzen. Eine dynamische Ritualmeditation, die sich an der östlichen Sufi-Tradition inspiriert. Am Ende der Aktivität, wer möchte, wird die Möglichkeit haben, das Schloss und seine mit Fresken geschmückten Säle bei einer geführten Tour zu erkunden. TEILNEHMERBEITRAG: € 20,00 (einschließlich Yoga-Praxis und geführter Schlossbesichtigung) WAS MITZUBRINGEN: ein Handtuch oder eine Matte, frische und bequeme Kleidung, am besten leicht und aus "tanzenden" Stoffen, bringe dir einen Blume oder ein Band für die Haare mit, eine Flasche Wasser.
