L’autunno a Cortina non è una stagione per fermarsi. È il momento giusto per rimettersi in gioco, conquistare nuove pareti e scoprire quanto lontano si può arrivare.
Dal 29 settembre al 20 novembre, le Guide Alpine Cortina360 tornano con i Corsi di Arrampicata Indoor dedicati ai residenti di Cortina e dintorni.
Che tu sia alla prima presa o abbia già esperienza, troverai un percorso pensato per te: bambini, ragazzi e adulti, principianti ed esperti. Con le Guide Alpine imparerai a muoverti in verticale, affinare tecnica e preparazione fisica e, soprattutto, arrampicare con consapevolezza e sicurezza.
Ad aspettarti c’è la Palestra di Arrampicata Indoor Lino Lacedelli, con oltre 80 vie dal 3b all’8b+, fino a 24 metri di altezza, oltre a zone dedicate a boulder e allenamento.
I corsi avranno luogo di pomeriggio - dal martedì al venerdì

Autumn in Cortina is not a season to stop. It is the right time to get back in the game, conquer new walls, and discover how far you can go.
From September 29 to November 20, the Cortina360 Alpine Guides are back with Indoor Climbing Courses dedicated to residents of Cortina and surrounding areas.
Whether you are a beginner or have experience, you will find a course designed for you: children, teenagers, and adults, beginners and experts. With the Alpine Guides, you will learn how to move vertically, refine your technique and physical preparation, and above all, climb with awareness and safety.
Waiting for you is the Lino Lacedelli Indoor Climbing Gym, with over 80 routes from 3b to 8b+, up to 24 meters in height, in addition to areas dedicated to bouldering and training.
The courses will take place in the afternoon - from Tuesday to Friday

Der Herbst in Cortina ist keine Zeit zum Anhalten. Es ist der richtige Moment, um sich neu zu beweisen, neue Wände zu erobern und zu entdecken, wie weit man kommen kann.
Vom 29. September bis 20. November kehren die Cortina360 Bergführer mit den Indoor-Kletterkursen für die Bewohner von Cortina und Umgebung zurück.
Egal, ob du neu beim Klettern bist oder bereits Erfahrung hast, du findest einen Kurs, der für dich geeignet ist: Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene, Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene. Mit den Bergführern wirst du lernen, dich vertikal zu bewegen, deine Technik und körperliche Vorbereitung zu verfeinern und vor allem, bewusst und sicher zu klettern.
Auf dich wartet die Indoor-Kletterhalle Lino Lacedelli, mit über 80 Routen von 3b bis 8b+, bis zu 24 Metern Höhe, sowie speziellen Bereichen für Bouldern und Training.
Die Kurse finden nachmittags statt - von Dienstag bis Freitag
