Antipasto:

  • Renetta al tartufo

Mela renetta, glassa di sedano rapa Altovecchio e tartufo

Primo:

  • Tagliolini

Beurre blanc di cavolfiore, aghi di pino e tartufo.

Secondo:

  • Lombata di cervo

Topinambur, nocciola e tartufo

Dessert:

  • Passatina di cacao

Gelato allo yogurt, crumble al cacao e tartufo

  • Renetta with truffle

Renetta apple, celeriac glaze from Altovecchio, and truffle

First Course:

  • Tagliolini

Cauliflower beurre blanc, pine needles, and truffle.

Second Course:

  • Venison loin

Jerusalem artichoke, hazelnut, and truffle

Dessert:

  • Cacao passata

Yogurt ice cream, cacao crumble, and truffle
