Ci sono notti che si festeggiano. E notti che si vivono fino all’ultimo beat.
All' Hotel de LEN, il Capodanno è un’esperienza in tre atti, dove la convivialità incontra la cucina d’autore e l’eleganza lascia spazio all’energia della notte.
Atto I · Il piacere dell’attesa. Si comincia in Salotto, tra aperitivo e primi assaggi dalla cucina. Poi, la cena di San Silvestro celebra i sapori delle Dolomiti d’inverno, attraverso materie prime del territorio e interpretazioni contemporanee.
Atto II · Il rito della mezzanotte. Dodici rintocchi, un calice alzato e un classico che non può mancare: cotechino e lenticchie, rivisitati per salutare l’anno che finisce e brindare a quello che comincia.
Atto III · La notte cambia ritmo. Si scende al piano -1, dove lo Speakeasy si accende tra DJ set, cocktail signature e grandi classici della mixology. Due drink inclusi accompagnano l’ingresso nel nuovo anno, mentre la musica detta il tempo delle prime ore del 2027.
Tre momenti, un’unica destinazione: lasciarsi sorprendere, senza guardare l’orologio.

At Hotel de LEN, New Year's Eve is an experience in three acts, where conviviality meets gourmet cuisine and elegance gives way to the energy of the night.
Act I · The pleasure of waiting. It begins in the Lounge, between aperitif and first tastings from the kitchen. Then, the New Year's Eve dinner celebrates the flavors of the Dolomites in winter, through local ingredients and contemporary interpretations.
Act II · The midnight ritual. Twelve chimes, a raised glass, and a classic that cannot be missed: cotechino and lentils, reinterpreted to bid farewell to the ending year and toast to the one that begins.
Act III · The night changes rhythm. Descend to level -1, where the Speakeasy comes alive with DJ sets, signature cocktails, and great classics of mixology. Two included drinks accompany the entrance into the new year, while the music sets the tempo for the first hours of 2027.
Three moments, one unique destination: let yourself be surprised, without looking at the clock.

Es gibt Nächte, die gefeiert werden. Und Nächte, die man bis zum letzten Schlag lebt.
Im Hotel de LEN ist Silvester ein Erlebnis in drei Akten, bei dem Geselligkeit auf kreative Küche trifft und Eleganz dem Energie der Nacht Platz macht.
Akt I · Die Freude auf das Warten. Man beginnt im Salon, zwischen Aperitif und ersten Kostproben aus der Küche. Dann feiert das Silvester-Dinner die Aromen der Dolomiten im Winter, durch regionale Rohstoffe und zeitgenössische Interpretationen.
Akt II · Der Brauch der Mitternacht. Zwölf Schläge, ein erhobenes Glas und ein Klassiker, der nicht fehlen darf: Cotechino und Linsen, neu interpretiert, um das Jahr, das zu Ende geht, zu begrüßen und auf das, was beginnt, anzustoßen.
Akt III · Die Nacht verändert den Rhythmus. Man geht in den Untergeschoss -1, wo das Speakeasy mit DJ-Sets, Signature-Cocktails und großen Klassikern der Mixologie zum Leben erweckt wird. Zwei Drinks sind im Eintritt in das neue Jahr enthalten, während die Musik das Tempo der ersten Stunden des Jahres 2027 bestimmt.
Drei Momente, ein einziges Ziel: sich überraschen lassen, ohne auf die Uhr zu schauen.
