Tra le montagne che furono teatro della Prima Guerra Mondiale, prende vita una straordinaria rievocazione storica capace di riportare il pubblico indietro nel tempo, tra accampamenti militari, uniformi originali, artiglieria e atmosfere che hanno segnato la storia delle Dolomiti.
Protagonisti dell’evento saranno i rievocatori della Welschtiroler Historische Vereinigung, associazione specializzata nella ricostruzione storica del Tirolo Meridionale tra il 1511 e il 1918, riconosciuta a livello europeo per l’accuratezza delle divise, delle attrezzature e delle scenografie utilizzate anche in produzioni cinematografiche internazionali.
Durante l’intera giornata il pubblico potrà esplorare un vero campo militare d’epoca, osservare da vicino fucili, tende, cucine da campo e un cannone perfettamente funzionante, vivendo un’esperienza immersiva unica nel suo genere.
Tra i momenti più suggestivi, il tradizionale “Caffè di guerra” preparato secondo la ricetta dell’esercito austro-ungarico e il rancio servito nelle autentiche gavette militari attraverso una storica Goulaschkanone funzionante.
Alle ore 14:00 andrà in scena la simulazione di battaglia, un momento di grande impatto visivo ed emotivo che farà rivivere le tensioni e il coraggio di chi combatté tra queste montagne oltre cento anni fa.
Più di una semplice manifestazione: un’esperienza culturale e sensoriale dedicata alla memoria, alla storia e al profondo legame tra le Dolomiti e gli eventi che ne hanno segnato il destino.
In the mountains that were the theater of World War I, an extraordinary historical reenactment comes to life, capable of taking the audience back in time, among military encampments, original uniforms, artillery, and atmospheres that have marked the history of the Dolomites.
The protagonists of the event will be the reenactors of the Welschtiroler Historische Vereinigung, an association specialized in historical reconstruction of South Tyrol between 1511 and 1918, recognized at the European level for the accuracy of the uniforms, equipment, and sets used even in international film productions.
During the entire day, the audience will be able to explore a real historical military camp, observe rifles, tents, field kitchens, and a perfectly functional cannon, experiencing a unique immersive experience.
Among the most evocative moments, the traditional “War Coffee” prepared according to the recipe of the Austro-Hungarian army and the rations served in authentic military mess kits through a historic functioning Goulaschkanone.
At 2:00 p.m. a battle simulation will take place, a moment of great visual and emotional impact that will revive the tensions and courage of those who fought in these mountains over a hundred years ago.
More than just a simple event: a cultural and sensory experience dedicated to memory, to history, and to the deep bond between the Dolomites and the events that marked their destiny.
Sonntag 2. August, im eindrucksvollen Rahmen des Freiluftmuseums des Ersten Weltkriegs – 5 Torri, kehrt „Geschichte mit Händen begreifen“ zurück, eines der aufregendsten Ereignisse zu Ehren der Erinnerung an den Ersten Weltkrieg.
Für einen ganzen Tag werden historische Reenactors in Uniform, aus ganz Europa, eine authentische und fesselnde Erzählung über das Leben der Soldaten an der Dolomitenfront zum Leben erwecken. Zwischen originalgetreu nachgebauten Lagern, Museumsgestaltungen und Live-Demonstrationen wird es möglich sein, in den Alltag der Hochgebirgssoldaten einzutauchen, zwischen Mühe, Einfallsreichtum und Überlebensgeist.
Ein besonders eindrucksvoller Moment wird die Zubereitung des Essens durch die deutschen Reenactors sein, gekocht auf einem kleinen historischen Ofen, genau wie vor über hundert Jahren.
Um 10.30 Uhr findet die Heilige Messe in einem historischen und landschaftlich wertvollen Rahmen statt.
Den ganzen Tag über stehen die Reenactors dem Publikum zur Verfügung, um Geschichten, Kuriositäten und Details über das Leben in den Schützengräben zu erzählen und ein bildungsreiches und zutiefst menschliches Erlebnis zu bieten.
Die Veranstaltung ist kostenlos und für alle geöffnet. Das Museum ist zu Fuß oder mit der 5 Torri Seilbahn erreichbar, ohne dass eine Reservierung erforderlich ist.
Eine einmalige Gelegenheit, um Geschichte zu leben, sie aus der Nähe zu hören und sie wirklich zu fühlen.
