Il viaggio inizia con The Tour: un itinerario gastronomico a numero chiuso che conduce gli ospiti attraverso alcune delle più prestigiose realtà ristorative della Regina delle Dolomiti. Ogni tappa è un incontro tra grandi chef, vini d'autore, materie prime d'eccellenza e storie che parlano di territorio, innovazione e identità.

On September 12 and 13, 2026, Cortina d'Ampezzo becomes the stage for an exclusive experience that brings together the protagonists of fine dining, the best producers of Made in Italy, and an international audience united by the search for excellence.
The journey begins with The Tour: a limited-access gastronomic itinerary that guides guests through some of the most prestigious dining establishments in the Queen of the Dolomites. Each stop is a meeting between great chefs, signature wines, high-quality ingredients, and stories that speak of territory, innovation, and identity.
The next day, The Breakfast offers a more intimate moment of sharing, dedicated to the dialogue between chefs, partners, and guests, transforming taste into relationship and culture.
