I Krampus, mostri metà capra e metà demone sono figure brutte e terrificanti.
Indossano pellicce, hanno il volto coperto da maschere di legno con corna e vanno in giro facendo molto rumore con i loro campanelli e catene .
Anche quest'anno i Krampus si aggireranno lungo le vie del centro di Cortina d'Ampezzo alla ricerca dei bambini cattivi che non si sono comportati bene, al seguito di San Nicolò che, invece, premierà quelli buoni.

The Krampus, half-goat and half-demon monsters, are ugly and terrifying figures.
They wear furs, have their faces covered by wooden masks with horns, and go around making a lot of noise with their bells and chains.
Also this year, the Krampus will roam the streets of downtown Cortina d'Ampezzo in search of naughty children who have misbehaved, accompanying San Nicolò, who will reward the good ones.

Die Krampus, halb Ziege und halb Dämon, sind hässliche und furchterregende Figuren.
Sie tragen Pelze, haben ihr Gesicht hinter Holzmasken mit Hörnern verborgen und ziehen mit viel Lärm von Klingeln und Ketten umher.
Auch in diesem Jahr werden die Krampus durch die Straßen des Zentrums von Cortina d'Ampezzo ziehen, auf der Suche nach ungezogenen Kindern, die sich nicht gut benommen haben, gefolgt von Sankt Nikolaus, der hingegen die braven Kinder belohnen wird.
