La Dobbiaco-Cortina si differenzia dalle altre manifestazioni granfondistiche del panorama per l’originalità del suo format e l’incontrastata bellezza del suo tracciato a livello non solo agonistico, ma anche e soprattutto naturalistico-ambientale.
La Granfondo ‘decolla’ dalla piana dell’aeroporto di Dobbiaco per arrivare fino a Fiames-Cortina d’Ampezzo.
Se le date cambiano, i format rimangono quelli tanto apprezzati con la 42 km in tecnica classica nella giornata di sabato 17 e la 35 km in tecnica libera domenica 18, per una due giorni intensa dedicata alla passione per gli sci stretti.
La partenza è fissata dall’aeroporto militare di Dobbiaco sia per la gara di sabato in TC sia per quella di domenica in TL. La 42 km dopo essersi avviata in direzione San Candido indirizzerà i fondisti e le fondiste verso i 1500 metri di altitudine di Passo Cimabanche, passando per il Lago di Dobbiaco, il Cimitero di Guerra, il Lago di Landro, Vista Tre Cime, Val Fonda e Carbonin, per poi fare ritorno verso il traguardo situato alla Nordic Arena di Dobbiaco.
La variante skating da 35 km - che sarà valida anche come Campionato Italiano e tappa di Coppa Italia Amatori Master FISI - adotterà lo stesso percorso tagliando però, dopo la partenza, direttamente verso il Lago di Dobbiaco, senza intraprendere il tratto in direzione San Candido.
Anche per questa edizione la Granfondo Dobbiaco-Cortina farà parte del celebre circuito internazionale di Ski Classics come evento “Challengers”.

The Dobbiaco-Cortina stands out from other granfond activities in the landscape for the originality of its format and the unparalleled beauty of its course at both competitive and, above all, naturalistic-environmental levels.
The Granfondo ‘takes off’ from the airport plain of Dobbiaco to arrive at Fiames-Cortina d’Ampezzo.
If the dates change, the formats remain the highly appreciated ones with the 42 km in classic technique on Saturday the 17th and the 35 km in freestyle technique on Sunday the 18th, for an intense two-day event dedicated to the passion for cross-country skiing.
The departure is set from the military airport of Dobbiaco for both the Saturday race in TC and the Sunday race in TL. The 42 km will head towards San Candido, directing skiers towards the 1500 meters of altitude at Passo Cimabanche, passing by Lake Dobbiaco, the War Cemetery, Lake Landro, View Tre Cime, Val Fonda, and Carbonin, before returning towards the finish line located at the Nordic Arena of Dobbiaco.
The 35 km skating variant - which will also be valid as the Italian Championship and a stage of the FISI Amatori Master Coppa Italia - will follow the same route but will cut directly towards Lake Dobbiaco after the start, without proceeding towards San Candido.
For this edition, the Granfondo Dobbiaco-Cortina will once again be part of the renowned international Ski Classics circuit as a “Challengers” event.

Die Dobbiaco-Cortina unterscheidet sich von anderen Granfondo-Veranstaltungen durch die Originalität ihres Formats und die unvergleichliche Schönheit ihrer Strecke, sowohl auf sportlicher als auch auf natürlicher und umweltlicher Ebene.
Die Granfondo „startet“ vom Flughafen Dobbiaco und führt bis nach Fiames-Cortina d’Ampezzo.
Wenn sich die Daten ändern, bleiben die Formate, die so geschätzt werden, erhalten: die 42 km in klassischer Technik am Samstag, den 17., und die 35 km in freier Technik am Sonntag, den 18., für ein intensives Wochenende, das der Leidenschaft für das Langlaufen gewidmet ist.
Der Start ist vom Militärflughafen Dobbiaco sowohl für das Rennen am Samstag in TC als auch für das Rennen am Sonntag in TL festgelegt. Die 42 km Strecke führt zunächst in Richtung San Candido und leitet die Läuferinnen und Läufer zu den 1500 Metern Höhe des Passo Cimabanche, vorbei am Lago di Dobbiaco, dem Kriegerfriedhof, dem Lago di Landro, der Vista Tre Cime, Val Fonda und Carbonin, um dann zum Ziel zurück zur Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco zu gelangen.
Die 35 km Skating-Variante - die auch als Italienische Meisterschaft und Etappe des Coppa Italia Amatori Master FISI gilt - wird denselben Kurs nutzen, aber direkt nach dem Start zum Lago di Dobbiaco abzweigen, ohne den Abschnitt in Richtung San Candido zu nehmen.
Auch in dieser Ausgabe wird die Granfondo Dobbiaco-Cortina Teil des berühmten internationalen Ski Classics Zirkus als „Challengers“-Event sein.
