Genesis è un progetto culturale che nasce a SanBrite, nel cuore di Cortina d'Ampezzo.
Un evento annuale di più giorni che unisce cucina, natura, tradizione e innovazione in un’unica visione: costruire un futuro più consapevole attraverso il cibo e l’ospitalità.
Non è solo un evento gastronomico.
È uno spazio di dialogo.
È un laboratorio di idee.
È un’esperienza che lascia traccia.
Durante Genesis si incontrano chef, produttori, artigiani, imprenditori, studenti e menti curiose. Insieme ci poniamo una domanda centrale: come possiamo generare valore per i territori, rispettando ciò che li rende unici?
