REGOLAMENTO
1. La partecipazione alle uscite sociali è aperta ai Soci di tutte le Sezioni del CAI ed ai
simpatizzanti.
2. La partecipazione alle uscite sociali comporta la conoscenza e l’accettazione del
presente regolamento.
3. Per i viaggi di trasferimento si prevede di norma l’uso di mezzi propri, il costo di
eventuali impianti di risalita, pullman o taxi è a carico dei partecipanti.
4. Il Coordinatore dell’uscita ha la facoltà di modificare il programma o annullare la stessa
per ragioni di opportunità o di necessità e si riserva di non accettare l'iscrizione o
escludere in ogni momento i partecipanti che a suo insindacabile giudizio non siano
idonei, per carenza di preparazione o per indisciplina.
5. I minori devono essere accompagnati da un genitore o altro adulto dallo stesso
autorizzato previo consenso del Coordinatore.
6. I partecipanti devono:
a) informarsi all’atto dell’iscrizione presso il Coordinatore dell’uscita, sulle caratteristiche
e difficoltà della stessa e sull’equipaggiamento necessario, garantendo la propria
preparazione tecnica e fisica all’escursione;
b) osservare scrupolosamente le disposizioni date dal Coordinatore dell’uscita;
c) non allontanarsi dal gruppo o prendere iniziative personali senza l’autorizzazione del
Coordinatore dell’uscita.
7. Le iscrizioni: sono obbligatorie e si ricevono telefonicamente al numero del
coordinatore di gita (non si accettano sms) almeno 48 ore prima dell’inizio
dell’uscita (gratuite per soci CAI).
I non soci dovranno anche inviare una mail all’indirizzo caprile@cai.it specificando :
cognome e nome data e luogo di nascita indirizzo completo, codice fiscale e numero
telefonico almeno 48 ore prima dell’inizio dell’uscita; la quota di iscrizione,
comprensiva dell’assicurazione è di € 10,00 che non verranno rimborsati in caso di
annullamento. Eventuali prenotazioni giunte oltre tale termine non saranno accettate.
8. Responsabilità
In considerazione dei rischi connessi allo svolgimento dell’attività in montagna ed ai
viaggi di trasferimento, i partecipanti alle escursioni prendono visione, accettano e
osservano il presente regolamento e l’ordinamento del CAI, osservano scrupolosamente
le disposizioni impartite dal Coordinatore dell’uscita e agiscono con la massima diligenza
e correttezza.
I partecipanti liberano la Sezione CAI di CAPRILE, il
Coordinatore dell’uscita ed eventuali suoi collaboratori da ogni
responsabilità per danni a cose di loro proprietà o nella loro
disponibilità che si verifichino nel corso dell’uscita o durante i
viaggi di trasferimento.
REGULATIONS
1. Participation in social outings is open to members of all CAI Sections and to
sympathizers.
2. Participation in social outings entails knowledge and acceptance of the
present regulations.
3. For transfer trips, the use of personal means of transportation is generally expected; the cost of
any lifts, buses, or taxis is the responsibility of the participants.
4. The Coordinator of the outing has the authority to modify the program or cancel it
for reasons of opportunity or necessity and reserves the right not to accept enrollments or
to exclude at any time participants whom, in their sole discretion, are deemed
unsuitable due to lack of preparation or indiscipline.
5. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or another adult authorized by the same
with prior consent from the Coordinator.
6. Participants must:
a) be informed at the time of registration by the outing Coordinator about the characteristics
and difficulties of the outing and the necessary equipment, ensuring their own
technical and physical preparation for the excursion;
b) strictly observe the provisions given by the outing Coordinator;
c) not stray from the group or take personal initiatives without the authorization of the
outing Coordinator.
7. Registrations: are mandatory and will be accepted by phone at the number of the
outing coordinator (sms messages are not accepted) at least 48 hours before the start
of the outing (free for CAI members).
Non-members must also send an email to caprile@cai.it specifying:
surname and name, date and place of birth, complete address, tax code, and phone
number at least 48 hours before the start of the outing; the registration fee,
including insurance, is €10.00, which will not be refunded in case of
cancellation. Any bookings received after this deadline will not be accepted.
8. Liability
Considering the risks associated with mountain activities and transfer trips, participants in the excursions acknowledge, accept, and
observe the present regulations and the CAI regulations, scrupulously observing
the provisions given by the outing Coordinator and acting with the utmost diligence
and correctness.
Participants release the CAI Section of CAPRILE, the
outing Coordinator, and any collaborators from all
liability for damages to their property or in their
possession that occur during the outing or during
transfer trips.
REGLEMENT
1. Die Teilnahme an den Vereinsausflügen steht allen Mitgliedern der Sektionen des CAI und
den Sympathisanten offen.
2. Die Teilnahme an den Vereinsausflügen setzt die Kenntnis und Akzeptanz der
vorliegenden Regelung voraus.
3. Für die Transferfahrten wird in der Regel die Benutzung privater Fahrzeuge vorgesehen, die Kosten für
eventuelle Liftanlagen, Busse oder Taxis gehen zu Lasten der Teilnehmer.
4. Der Koordinator der Veranstaltung hat das Recht, das Programm zu ändern oder die Veranstaltung zu
annullieren, wenn es aus opportunistischen oder notwendigen Gründen erforderlich ist, und behält sich vor,
die Anmeldung nicht zu akzeptieren oder Teilnehmer, die nach seinem Ermessen nicht geeignet sind,
auszuschließen, sei es aufgrund von unzureichender Vorbereitung oder Disziplinlosigkeit.
5. Minderjährige müssen von einem Elternteil oder einem anderen autorisierten Erwachsenen begleitet
werden, nachdem die Genehmigung des Koordinators eingeholt wurde.
6. Die Teilnehmer müssen:
a) sich bei der Anmeldung beim Koordinator der Veranstaltung über die Merkmale
und Schwierigkeiten der Veranstaltung sowie über die notwendige Ausrüstung informieren und ihre
technische und physische Vorbereitung für die Wanderung garantieren;
b) die Anweisungen des Koordinators der Veranstaltung gewissenhaft befolgen;
c) sich nicht von der Gruppe entfernen oder persönliche Initiativen ohne Genehmigung des
Koordinators der Veranstaltung ergreifen.
7. Anmeldungen: sind obligatorisch und werden telefonisch unter der Nummer des
Ausflugskoordinators entgegengenommen (SMS werden nicht akzeptiert) mindestens 48 Stunden vor Beginn
der Veranstaltung (kostenlos für CAI-Mitglieder).
Nicht-Mitglieder müssen auch eine E-Mail an die Adresse caprile@cai.it senden mit
folgendem Inhalt: Nachname und Vorname, Geburtsdatum und -ort, vollständige Adresse, Steuernummer und
Telefonnummer mindestens 48 Stunden vor Beginn der Veranstaltung; die Anmeldegebühr,
einschließlich Versicherung, beträgt € 10,00 und wird im Falle einer Annullierung nicht zurückerstattet. Spätere
Reservierungen werden nicht akzeptiert.
8. Haftung
In Anbetracht der mit der Durchführung der Aktivitäten in den Bergen und bei
Transferfahrten verbundenen Risiken nehmen die Teilnehmer an den Wanderungen Kenntnis, akzeptieren und
beobachten die vorliegende Regelung sowie das Regelwerk des CAI, befolgen gewissenhaft die
Anweisungen des Koordinators der Veranstaltung und handeln mit größter Sorgfalt
und Korrektheit.
Die Teilnehmer enthaften die Sektion CAI von CAPRILE, den
Koordinator der Veranstaltung und eventuell dessen Mitarbeiter von jeglicher
Haftung für Schäden an ihrem Eigentum oder in ihrem
Besitz, die während der Veranstaltung oder bei den
Transferfahrten auftreten.
