Cortinametraggio 2026 torna a Cortina d’Ampezzo dal 23 al 29 marzo, confermandosi un punto di riferimento per il cortometraggio e i nuovi talenti del cinema italiano e internazionale. Il Festival annuncia come primo ospite Riccardo Scamarcio, protagonista di un esclusivo CSC Lab in collaborazione con il Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia.
Il laboratorio, pensato in particolare per giovani aspiranti attori ma aperto a tutti, offrirà un confronto diretto con uno degli interpreti più autorevoli del cinema contemporaneo. Si terrà il 24 marzo (15.00–19.00) e il 25 marzo (10.00–14.00), sarà a pagamento e a numero chiuso (16 posti).
Tra i momenti centrali del programma, anche un pitch professionale dedicato ai registi in concorso, che potranno presentare i propri progetti a importanti player dell’industria come Eagle Pictures, Indigo Film, Andromeda Film e Wildside, creando un ponte concreto tra creatività emergente e produzione.
Cuore della manifestazione sarà ancora una volta l’Hotel de la Poste, sede di incontri e networking. Il Festival rafforza inoltre il suo respiro internazionale con la Romania Paese ospite 2026, sotto la direzione artistica del direttore della fotografia Nicu Dragan.
Tra le novità, la collaborazione con Esselunga, che ospiterà le proiezioni a Casa Esselunga, e l’introduzione di una nuova sezione dedicata ai cortometraggi branded
Federica Pala sarà la madrina mentre Roberto Ciufoli tornerà a guidare le serate del Festival.
Cortinametraggio 2026 returns to Cortina d'Ampezzo from March 23 to 29, establishing itself as a point of reference for short films and new talents in Italian and international cinema. The Festival announces its first guest, Riccardo Scamarcio, who will be the star of an exclusive CSC Lab in collaboration with the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia.
The lab, designed especially for young aspiring actors but open to all, will offer a direct comparison with one of the most authoritative interpreters of contemporary cinema. It will take place on March 24 (3:00 PM–7:00 PM) and March 25 (10:00 AM–2:00 PM), will be fee-based, and has limited availability (16 spots).
As central moments of the program, there will also be a professional pitch dedicated to competing directors, who will be able to present their projects to important industry players such as Eagle Pictures, Indigo Film, Andromeda Film, and Wildside, creating a concrete bridge between emerging creativity and production.
The heart of the event will once again be the Hotel de la Poste, hosting meetings and networking. The Festival also strengthens its international scope with Romania as the guest country 2026, under the artistic direction of cinematographer Nicu Dragan.
Among the new features is the collaboration with Esselunga, which will host screenings at Casa Esselunga, and the introduction of a new section dedicated to branded short films.
Federica Pala will be the godmother, while Roberto Ciufoli will return to host the Festival evenings.
Cortinametraggio 2026 kehrt vom 23. bis 29. März nach Cortina d’Ampezzo zurück und etabliert sich als Anlaufstelle für Kurzfilme und neue Talente im italienischen und internationalen Kino. Das Festival kündigt als ersten Gast Riccardo Scamarcio an, der Teil eines exklusiven CSC Lab in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia sein wird.
Das Labor, das speziell für junge aufstrebende Schauspieler gedacht ist, aber für alle offen steht, bietet einen direkten Austausch mit einem der renommiertesten Darsteller des zeitgenössischen Kinos. Es findet am 24. März (15.00–19.00) und am 25. März (10.00–14.00) statt, ist kostenpflichtig und auf eine begrenzte Teilnehmerzahl (16 Plätze) ausgelegt.
Ein zentrales Element des Programms wird auch ein professionelles Pitching für die Wettbewerbsregisseure sein, die ihre Projekte wichtigen Akteuren der Industrie wie Eagle Pictures, Indigo Film, Andromeda Film und Wildside vorstellen können, um eine konkrete Brücke zwischen aufstrebender Kreativität und Produktion zu schlagen.
Herz der Veranstaltung wird erneut das Hotel de la Poste sein, der Ort für Begegnungen und Networking. Das Festival verstärkt zudem seinen internationalen Charakter mit Rumänien als Gastland 2026, unter der künstlerischen Leitung des Kameramanns Nicu Dragan.
Zu den Neuigkeiten zählt die Zusammenarbeit mit Esselunga, die die Vorführungen in Casa Esselunga hosten wird, sowie die Einführung einer neuen Sektion, die den branded Kurzfilmen gewidmet ist.
Federica Pala wird die Patin sein, während Roberto Ciufoli die Abende des Festivals wieder moderieren wird.
