Sarà un inizio di 2024 ad altissima intensità per la Regina delle Dolomiti e l'intera conca ampezzana, che dall’11 al 13 gennaio ospiterà per la prima volta la Cortina Curling Cup, tappa del prestigioso World Curling Tour.
Grazie alla stretta collaborazione fra la Fondazione Cortina e l'Associazione Curling Cortina nasce un evento internazionale di alto livello, inserito all'interno del circuito che, per quanto riguarda le donne, nella stagione 2023-2024 propone sette appuntamenti:
oltre a quello di Cortina (che sarà il penultimo), quelli di Praga (Repubblica Ceca), Tukums (Lettonia), Bridgeport (Stati Uniti), Miyota (Giappone), Berna (Svizzera) e ancora Praga.
La tre giorni ampezzana vedrà sfidarsi allo Stadio Olimpico del Ghiaccio le migliori 12 squadre femminili del mondo.
Il programma prevede una prima fase a gironi, tra l’11 e il 12 gennaio, dopo la quale passeranno 8 squadre per la finalissima che assegnerà la Cortina Curling Cup sabato 13 gennaio.
L’accesso allo Stadio del Ghiaccio per assistere alla gara sarà GRATUITO!
It will be a high-intensity start to 2024 for the Queen of the Dolomites, which will host the Cortina Curling Cup, a stage of the prestigious World Curling Tour, for the first time from 11 to 13 January.
Thanks to the collaboration between the Cortina Foundation and the Cortina Curling Association, a high-level international event is born, included in the circuit that, as far as women are concerned, will offer seven events in the 2023-2024 season:
In addition to Cortina (which will be the penultimate one), there will be those of Prague (Czech Republic), Tukums (Latvia), Bridgeport (United States), Miyota (Japan), Bern (Switzerland) and Prague again.
The three-day event in Ampezzo will see the best 12 women's teams in the world compete at the Olympic Ice Stadium.
The programme includes a first group stage, between 11 and 12 January, after which eight teams will advance to the finals that will award the Cortina Curling Cup on Saturday 13 January.

Für die Königin der Dolomiten beginnt das Jahr 2024 mit einem Höhepunkt: Vom 11. bis 13. Januar wird hier zum ersten Mal der Cortina Curling Cup, eine Etappe der prestigeträchtigen World Curling Tour, ausgetragen.
Dank der Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Stiftung Cortina und dem Curlingverband von Cortina entsteht ein hochkarätiges internationales Event, das in der Saison 2023-2024 sieben Veranstaltungen im Bereich der Frauen anbieten wird:
Neben Cortina (das das vorletzte sein wird), werden die Veranstaltungen in Prag (Tschechische Republik), Tukums (Lettland), Bridgeport (Vereinigte Staaten), Miyota (Japan), Bern (Schweiz) und wieder Prag stattfinden.
Bei der dreitägigen Veranstaltung in Ampezzo werden die 12 besten Frauenteams der Welt im Olympischen Eisstadion gegeneinander antreten.
Das Programm umfasst eine erste Gruppenphase vom 11. bis 12. Januar, nach der acht Teams in das Finale einziehen, in dem am Samstag, den 13. Januar der Cortina Curling Cup vergeben wird.
