C’è un momento, tra il tramonto e il silenzio della notte, in cui le Dolomiti si tingono di rosa e l’aria d’alta quota diventa pura magia. È in questa atmosfera sospesa che il 28 marzo il Rifugio Lagazuoi apre le sue porte a una serata gastronomica unica, pensata per chi desidera vivere la montagna con tutti i sensi.
Protagonista della serata sarà lo chef stellato Chris Oberhammer, anima creativa del ristorante Tilia di Dobbiaco, insignito di una stella Michelin e conosciuto per una cucina che racconta il territorio alpino con eleganza contemporanea e profondo rispetto per le materie prime locali.
Insieme al team del Rifugio, lo chef darà vita a un menu degustazione di 5 portate, dove sapori di montagna, ingredienti stagionali e creatività gastronomica si incontrano in un viaggio sensoriale che celebra la natura delle Dolomiti.
Ogni piatto sarà accompagnato da vini accuratamente selezionati, scelti per esaltare aromi, consistenze e sfumature della cucina d’autore.
La serata non è solo una cena, ma un’esperienza alpina completa:
la salita verso il rifugio, il panorama mozzafiato sulle vette, il calore della stube e, infine, la notte trascorsa in quota sotto un cielo punteggiato di stelle.
Un evento intimo ed esclusivo, riservato agli ospiti che sceglieranno di pernottare al rifugio, per vivere fino in fondo la magia della montagna dopo il calare della notte.

There is a moment in the mountains — between sunset and the quiet of the night — when the Dolomites glow in shades of pink and the high-altitude air becomes pure magic. On March 28, that moment will frame an extraordinary culinary experience at Rifugio Lagazuoi.
The evening will feature Michelin-starred chef Chris Oberhammer, the visionary behind the restaurant Tilia in Dobbiaco. His cuisine is known for translating the spirit of the Alps into refined dishes that celebrate local ingredients and mountain traditions with a contemporary touch.
Together with the Lagazuoi team, the chef will create an exclusive five-course tasting menu, a journey through alpine flavors where creativity meets the authenticity of the Dolomites.
Each course will be paired with carefully selected wines, chosen to enhance the character and harmony of every dish.
But this is more than a dinner — it is a true alpine experience:
the ascent to the refuge, breathtaking views over the peaks, the warmth of the mountain lodge and, finally, a night spent at altitude beneath a sky filled with stars.

Es gibt einen Moment, zwischen Sonnenuntergang und Stille der Nacht, in dem die Dolomiten rosa leuchten und die Höhenluft pure Magie wird. In dieser schwebenden Atmosphäre öffnet das Rifugio Lagazuoi am 28. März seine Türen zu einem einzigartigen gastronomischen Abend, der für diejenigen gedacht ist, die die Berge mit allen Sinnen erleben möchten.
Der Hauptakteur des Abends ist der Sternekoch Chris Oberhammer, kreative Seele des Restaurants Tilia in Toblach, ausgezeichnet mit einem Michelin-Stern und bekannt für eine Küche, die das alpine Territorium mit zeitgenössischer Eleganz und tiefem Respekt für die lokalen Rohstoffe erzählt.
Gemeinsam mit dem Team des Rifugio wird der Koch ein 5-Gänge-Menü kreieren, in dem sich Berggeschmack, saisonale Zutaten und gastronomische Kreativität zu einer sensorischen Reise vereinen, die die Natur der Dolomiten feiert.
Jedes Gericht wird von sorgfältig ausgewählten Weinen begleitet, die dazu dienen, Aromen, Texturen und Nuancen der Autorenküche zu betonen.
