L’ultima notte dell’anno si anima con sapori inediti e convivialità sofisticata, tra calici selezionati e piatti che raccontano la montagna in chiave contemporanea.
Dopo un aperitivo di benvenuto in Salotto, la cena prende vita attorno a un social table, con un menù ispirato alla tradizione ampezzana e reso unico da abbinamenti enologici ricercati.
Allo scoccare della mezzanotte, il rito del brindisi e l’assaggio del cotechino con lenticchie lasciano spazio alla festa: al piano -1, il DJ set accende i festeggiamenti tra cocktail classici e inattesi, fino a notte fonda.

The last night of the year comes alive with unique flavors and sophisticated conviviality, among selected glasses and dishes that tell the story of the mountain in a contemporary key.
After a welcome aperitif in the Lounge, dinner takes shape around a social table, with a menu inspired by the Ampezzo tradition and made unique by refined wine pairings.
At the stroke of midnight, the ritual of the toast and the tasting of cotechino with lentils give way to the party: on level -1, the DJ set ignites the celebrations with classic and unexpected cocktails, until the early hours of the morning.

Die letzte Nacht des Jahres erwacht mit unverwechselbaren Aromen und raffinierter Geselligkeit, zwischen ausgewählten Gläsern und Gerichten, die die Berge in zeitgenössischem Flair erzählen.
Nach einem Willkommensaperitif im Salon nimmt das Abendessen Gestalt an einem Social Table an, mit einem Menü, das von der ampezzanischen Tradition inspiriert ist und durch anspruchsvolle Weinpaarungen einzigartig wird.
Beim Mitternachtsläuten findet der Brauch des Anstoßens und das Probieren von Cotechino mit Linsen Platz für die Feier: im Stock -1 entfacht das DJ-Set die Feierlichkeiten zwischen klassischen und unerwarteten Cocktails bis in die frühen Morgenstunden.
