Giovedì 13 agosto, dalle 17:00 alle 2:00, va in scena Sushi, Steak & Vinyl, un'esperienza che unisce alta cucina, atmosfera internazionale e il fascino senza tempo delle Dolomiti.
L'Open Kitchen propone un viaggio di sapori tra sushi preparato al momento, selezioni di carne premium alla griglia e creazioni pensate per celebrare l'incontro tra tradizione alpina e ispirazioni contemporanee. A fare da colonna sonora, una raffinata selezione di DJ set in vinile, capace di accompagnare il tramonto con un sound autentico e ricercato.
Dalle 22:00 la serata continua con l'After Party, tra cocktail d'autore, musica e un'atmosfera vibrante sospesa tra cielo e montagne.
Nato dall'incontro tra Franz Kraler e Club Moritzino, lo Chalet di Socrepes interpreta un nuovo concetto di lifestyle in alta quota, dove design, ospitalità, gastronomia e cultura si fondono in un'esperienza unica. Thursday, August 13, from 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., takes center stage Sushi, Steak & Vinyl, an experience that combines fine dining, an international atmosphere, and the timeless charm of the Dolomites.
The Open Kitchen offers a journey of flavors with sushi prepared on the spot, selections of premium grilled meat, and creations designed to celebrate the meeting between alpine tradition and contemporary inspirations. Providing the soundtrack is a refined selection of vinyl DJ sets, capable of accompanying the sunset with an authentic and sophisticated sound.
From 10:00 p.m. the evening continues with the After Party, amidst signature cocktails, music, and a vibrant atmosphere suspended between sky and mountains.
Born from the meeting between Franz Kraler and Club Moritzino, the Chalet di Socrepes interprets a new concept of high-altitude lifestyle, where design, hospitality, gastronomy, and culture merge into a unique experience.
