Ogni estate, ragazzi e ragazze provenienti da oltre 65 paesi del mondo scelgono Cortina d’Ampezzo per vivere al massimo l’esperienza degli AC Milan Junior Camp: si allenano su splendidi campi in erba naturale e soggiornano in un esclusivo hotel a 4 stelle, situato nel cuore di Cortina d’Ampezzo.
Gli allenamenti tecnici sono organizzati seguendo le metodologie ufficiali dell’AC Milan, garantendo un percorso formativo strutturato e di alta qualità. I partecipanti vengono suddivisi per fasce d’età e, grazie a esercitazioni mirate, giochi tecnici e tornei di squadra, hanno l’opportunità di sviluppare e potenziare sia le competenze calcistiche sia le capacità atletiche.
Il camp, però, non è solo calcio: numerose attività ricreative completano l’esperienza, offrendo momenti di divertimento, socializzazione e crescita condivisa con tutti gli altri partecipanti.
Lo staff che ti seguirà dentro e fuori dal campo è composto da figure d’eccellenza:
- Supervisore Tecnico: una autentica Legend, ovvero un ex calciatore o allenatore di fama internazionale, che affianca lo staff trasmettendo ai ragazzi la propria esperienza, i valori e la passione per lo sport
- Direttore Tecnico AC Milan: un allenatore proveniente dal Settore Giovanile dell’AC Milan o dalla Milan Academy
- Capo-sede e staff tecnico: un team di allenatori qualificati che segue i ragazzi, dentro e fuori dal campo, per l’intera giornata
- Assistenti: personale di supporto costante ai ragazzi, sia in campo sia nelle attività quotidiane
Tutto il nostro staff parla italiano e inglese e rappresenta per i campisti un punto di riferimento non solo tecnico, ma anche educativo. Assicuriamo un’assistenza attenta e una sorveglianza continua, 24 ore su 24.

La struttura che ospiterà gli AC Milan Junior Camp a Cortina d’Ampezzo sarà l’Hotel Alaska – Group Uvet Hotels, un albergo a 4 stelle situato in pieno centro e collegato ai campi di calcio da un servizio navetta privato.
I ragazzi si alleneranno su due campi collegati all’hotel con navetta privata:

Surrounded by an extraordinary natural frame, with a perfect climate and cutting-edge facilities, this location – UNESCO World Heritage – stands out for its uniqueness and international charm. Recognized by AC Milan as the best location for AC Milan Junior Camps in the world, it has been fully booked since 2001.
Every summer, boys and girls from over 65 countries choose Cortina d’Ampezzo to fully live the experience of AC Milan Junior Camps: they train on beautiful natural grass pitches and stay in an exclusive 4-star hotel, located in the heart of Cortina d’Ampezzo.
The technical training is organized following the official AC Milan methodologies, ensuring a structured and high-quality training path. Participants are divided by age groups and, thanks to targeted drills, technical games, and team tournaments, have the opportunity to develop and enhance both their football skills and athletic abilities.
However, the camp is not just about football: numerous recreational activities complete the experience, offering moments of fun, socialization, and shared growth with all the other participants.
The staff that will support you on and off the field is made up of excellence:
- Technical Supervisor: a true Legend, an ex-footballer or internationally renowned coach, who works alongside the staff, transmitting to the kids his experience, values, and passion for the sport
- AC Milan Technical Director: a coach from the AC Milan Youth Sector or the Milan Academy
- Head Coach and technical staff: a team of qualified coaches who follow the kids, on and off the field, throughout the day
- Assistants: support staff constantly available to the kids, both on the field and in daily activities
All our staff speak Italian and English and represent for the campers a point of reference not only technically, but also educationally. We ensure attentive assistance and continuous supervision, 24 hours a day.
Our goal is to provide the kids with an unforgettable experience, safe and rich in emotions, ensuring parents that the safety of their children is always our priority.
The facility that will host the AC Milan Junior Camps in Cortina d’Ampezzo will be Hotel Alaska – Group Uvet Hotels, a 4-star hotel located in the city center and connected to the football pitches by a private shuttle service.
Kids will train on two pitches connected to the hotel by private shuttle:
- Centro Sportivo Antonella De Rigo (Fiames)

Jeden Sommer wählen Jungen und Mädchen aus über 65 Ländern weltweit Cortina d’Ampezzo, um das Erlebnis der AC Milan Junior Camps in vollen Zügen zu erleben: Sie trainieren auf wunderschönen naturrasen Plätzen und übernachten in einem exklusiven 4-Sterne-Hotel, das im Herzen von Cortina d’Ampezzo gelegen ist.
Die technischen Trainings werden nach den offiziellen Methodologien des AC Milan organisiert und garantieren einen strukturierten und qualitativ hochwertigen Ausbildungsweg. Die Teilnehmer werden nach Altersgruppen eingeteilt und haben durch gezielte Übungen, technische Spiele und Teamturniere die Möglichkeit, sowohl fußballerische Fähigkeiten als auch athletische Kompetenzen zu entwickeln und zu fördern.
Das Camp ist jedoch nicht nur Fußball: Zahlreiche Freizeitaktivitäten ergänzen das Erlebnis und bieten Momente des Vergnügens, der Geselligkeit und des gemeinsamen Wachstums mit allen anderen Teilnehmern.
Das Team, das dich auf und außerhalb des Feldes begleitet, besteht aus hervorragenden Fachkräften:
- Technischer Supervisor: eine echte Legende, ein ehemaliger Fußballer oder Trainer von internationalem Rang, der das Team unterstützt und den Jugendlichen seine Erfahrung, Werte und Leidenschaft für den Sport vermittelt
- Technischer Direktor des AC Milan: ein Trainer aus dem Jugendbereich des AC Milan oder von der Milan Academy
- Standortleiter und technisches Team: ein Team von qualifizierten Trainern, das die Jugendlichen den ganzen Tag über auf und außerhalb des Feldes betreut
- Assistenzkräfte: konstante Unterstützung für die Jugendlichen, sowohl im Training als auch bei den täglichen Aktivitäten
Unser gesamtes Team spricht Italienisch und Englisch und stellt für die Camp-Teilnehmer nicht nur einen technischen, sondern auch einen pädagogischen Bezugspunkt dar. Wir gewährleisten eine aufmerksame Betreuung und permanente Aufsicht, 24 Stunden am Tag.
Unser Ziel ist es, den Jugendlichen ein unvergessliches, sicheres und emotional reiches Erlebnis zu bieten, und den Eltern zu garantieren, dass die Sicherheit ihrer Kinder immer unsere Priorität ist.
Die Unterkunft für die AC Milan Junior Camps in Cortina d’Ampezzo wird das Hotel Alaska – Group Uvet Hotels sein, ein 4-Sterne-Hotel, das im Stadtzentrum gelegen ist und durch einen privaten Shuttleservice mit den Fußballplätzen verbunden ist.
Die Jugendlichen trainieren auf zwei Plätzen, die mit dem Hotel durch einen privaten Shuttleservice verbunden sind:
