Torna il Jazz a Cittadella con cinque giornate di musica, incontri, fotografia e formazione.

Il festival, diretto da Valerio Galla e organizzato dall’Associazione Culturale Miles, porta nel cuore di Cittadella il meglio del jazz italiano, con concerti, eventi gratuiti, masterclass e iniziative diffuse nel centro storico.

Fulcro della manifestazione sarà Piazza Pierobon, dove ogni sera alle 21 si alterneranno protagonisti di primo piano: Venerdì 28 agosto Petra Magoni e Mauro Ottolini inaugureranno il festival con “Gira Dischi”, una rilettura originale della grande canzone d’autore italiana. Sabato 29 sarà la volta di U.S. Band feat. Chiara Luppi, preceduta dal duo U.T. Gandhi & Marco Bianchi. Domenica 30 spazio a Perspectives, con Enrico Pieranunzi, Michele Polga, Thomas Fonnesbaek e Mauro Beggio. Lunedì 31 salirà sul palco Raphael Gualazzi, mentre martedì 1 settembre il festival si chiuderà con Elektro Dixie, formazione che fonde jazz delle origini, energia contemporanea ed elettronica.

Ogni sera, alle 23.30, l’Autostazione ospiterà “Round Midnight”, per proseguire la musica fino a tarda notte. Domenica 30 agosto, inoltre, la MagicaBoola Brass Band attraverserà le vie del centro con un concerto itinerante.

Novità dell’edizione 2026 sono le masterclass dedicate a groove, batteria e musica d’insieme, con Valerio Galla, Emanuele Giordani, Christian Meyer, Federico Malaman e Leo Dalla Cort.

Completa il programma la mostra fotografica di Roberto Cifarelli, Gabriella Piccolo e Massimo Di Vinci, a Palazzo Pretorio e nelle vetrine del centro storico dal 3 agosto all’1 settembre.

Jazz returns to Cittadella with five days of music, meetings, photography, and training.

The festival, directed by Valerio Galla and organized by the Cultural Association Miles, brings the best of Italian jazz to the heart of Cittadella, with concerts, free events, masterclasses, and initiatives spread throughout the historic center.

The focus of the event will be Piazza Pierobon, where every evening at 9:00 p.m. prominent artists will take turns: On Friday, August 28, Petra Magoni and Mauro Ottolini will open the festival with “Gira Dischi,” an original reinterpretation of great Italian singer-songwriter music. On Saturday, August 29, it will be the turn of U.S. Band feat. Chiara Luppi, preceded by the duo U.T. Gandhi & Marco Bianchi. On Sunday, August 30, Perspectives will take the stage, featuring Enrico Pieranunzi, Michele Polga, Thomas Fonnesbaek, and Mauro Beggio. On Monday, August 31, Raphael Gualazzi will perform, while on Tuesday, September 1, the festival will close with Elektro Dixie, a group that blends traditional jazz, contemporary energy, and electronics.

Every evening at 11:30 p.m., the Bus Station will host “Round Midnight”, continuing the music until late at night. On Sunday, August 30, the MagicaBoola Brass Band will parade through the streets of the center with a roaming concert.

A new feature of the 2026 edition is the masterclasses dedicated to groove, drums, and ensemble music, with Valerio Galla, Emanuele Giordani, Christian Meyer, Federico Malaman, and Leo Dalla Cort.

The program is completed by the photographic exhibition by Roberto Cifarelli, Gabriella Piccolo, and Massimo Di Vinci, at Palazzo Pretorio and in the windows of the historic center from August 3 to September 1.

Jazz kommt zurück nach Cittadella mit fünf Tagen voller Musik, Begegnungen, Fotografie und Schulung.

Das Festival, geleitet von Valerio Galla und organisiert von der Kulturvereinigung Miles, bringt das Beste des italienischen Jazz ins Herz von Cittadella, mit Konzerten, kostenlosen Veranstaltungen, Meisterklassen und Initiativen im historischen Zentrum.

Der Mittelpunkt der Veranstaltung wird Piazza Pierobon sein, wo jeden Abend um 21 Uhr bedeutende Protagonisten auftreten werden: Am Freitag, den 28. August, eröffnen Petra Magoni und Mauro Ottolini das Festival mit “Gira Dischi”, einer originellen Neuinterpretation der großen italienischen Liedermacher. Am Samstag, den 29. wird U.S. Band feat. Chiara Luppi auftreten, gefolgt vom Duo U.T. Gandhi & Marco Bianchi. Am Sonntag, den 30. wird es einen Auftritt von Perspectives geben, mit Enrico Pieranunzi, Michele Polga, Thomas Fonnesbaek und Mauro Beggio. Am Montag, den 31. wird Raphael Gualazzi auf der Bühne stehen, während das Festival am Dienstag, den 1. September, mit Elektro Dixie endet, einer Formation, die Jazz der Ursprünge, zeitgenössische Energie und Elektronik verbindet.

Jeden Abend, um 23:30 Uhr, wird die Autostazione “Round Midnight” beherbergen, um die Musik bis spät in die Nacht fortzusetzen. Am Sonntag, den 30. August, wird zudem die MagicaBoola Brass Band durch die Straßen des Zentrums mit einem Wanderkonzert ziehen.

Eine Neuheit der Ausgabe 2026 sind die Meisterklassen, die sich mit Groove, Schlagzeug und Ensemble-Musik befassen, geleitet von Valerio Galla, Emanuele Giordani, Christian Meyer, Federico Malaman und Leo Dalla Cort.

Das Programm wird durch die Fotoausstellung von Roberto Cifarelli, Gabriella Piccolo und Massimo Di Vinci ergänzt, im Palazzo Pretorio und in den Schaufenstern des historischen Zentrums vom 3. August bis zum 1. September.
