Il Camminamento di Ronda sopra le mura medievali potrà essere percorso in versione notturna
Lunedì 10 agosto dalle 21 alle 23 per la Notte di San Lorenzo, vieni ad ammirare le stelle cadenti da sopra le Mura di Cittadella!
Sabato 25 ottobre dalle 21 alle 23 e Domenica 26 ottobre dalle 17 alle 21: In occasione della Fiera Franca, la tradizionale fiera paesana.

Lasciatevi affascinare da questa romantica e suggestiva passeggiata a quindici metri di altezza.
La durata della visita è di circa un'ora.
La passeggiata comincia dalla Casa del Capitano nel complesso di Porta Bassano, si prosegue in direzione ovest verso Porta Vicenza. Si continua la passegiata entrando nella famosa Torre di Malta a Porta Padova. Si riparte per la seconda metà della visita incontrando Porta Treviso e infine di nuovo Porta Bassano.
Un evento per chi è appassionato di fotografia, chi desidera fare una sorpresa romantica o chi semplicemente è appassionato di medioevo, ma anche chi ha già visitato il Camminamento di giorno ma vuole farne esperienza anche in un'atmosfera diversa.
Cittadella come città murata nasce nel 1220 da un progetto militare di Padova, la quale ne promosse la fondazione per difendersi da Treviso, per scalzare i privilegi dell'aristocrazia locale e creare un grosso centro amministrativo a nord della città madre.
Successivamente Cittadella fu dominata anche da Ezzelino da Romano (1237-1252), da Cangrande della Scala (1318-1337) e, dopo essere tornata sotto il dominio padovano per 68 anni, nel 1405 passò spontaneamente sotto dominio veneziano.
Oggi il Camminamento di Ronda è completo e restaurato nella sua interezza. E' lungo 1660 metri ed è l'unica cinta medievale completamente percorribile in Europa di forma ellittica. Il restauro è di tipo conservativo ed è durato quasi vent'anni.

The walk begins at the Captain's House in the Porta Bassano complex, continues westward toward Porta Vicenza. The walk continues by entering the famous Tower of Malta at Porta Padova. You set off for the second half of the visit encountering Porta Treviso and finally returning to Porta Bassano.
An event for those passionate about photography, those wishing to make a romantic surprise, or those simply passionate about the Middle Ages, as well as those who have already visited the Walking Path during the day but want to experience it in a different atmosphere.
Cittadella, as a walled town, was born in 1220 from a military project of Padua, which promoted its foundation to defend itself from Treviso, to undermine the privileges of the local aristocracy, and to create a large administrative center north of the mother city.
Subsequently, Cittadella was also dominated by Ezzelino da Romano (1237-1252), Cangrande della Scala (1318-1337), and, after returning under Padua's dominion for 68 years, in 1405 it spontaneously passed under Venetian control.
Today, the Walking Path is complete and fully restored. It is 1660 meters long and is the only fully walkable medieval wall in Europe of elliptical shape. The restoration is of a conservative type and lasted almost twenty years.

Montag, 10. August von 21 bis 23 Uhr zur Nacht der Sternschnuppen, komme und bewundere die Fallenden Sterne von oben auf den Mauern von Cittadella!
Samstag, 25. Oktober von 21 bis 23 Uhr und Sonntag, 26. Oktober von 17 bis 21 Uhr: Anlässlich der Fiera Franca, der traditionellen Dorffest.
Samstag, 31. Oktober von 17 bis 21 Uhr zur Halloween-Nacht: Süßes oder Saures? Erkunde den Rundgang in der gruseligsten Nacht des Jahres.

Der Spaziergang beginnt am Haus des Kapitäns im Komplex von Porta Bassano, führt nach Westen zur Porta Vicenza.
