La Sagra del Pesce di Chioggia, nata nel 1938 rappresenta uno degli eventi folkloristico - gastronomici più attesi del Veneto. Per dieci sere, nella splendida cornice del centro storico di Chioggia, si potranno degustare i piatti tipici della cucina locale negli stand allestiti dalle associazioni locali che vi delizieranno con le ricette più classiche come il “saor”, il fritto misto con polenta, le “bibarasse in cassopipa”, le seppie in umido con polenta e le immancabili grigliate di pesce.
Non solo cucina ma anche spettacolo! Ogni sera dalle ore 21.30, nel palco allestito in Corso del Popolo, si potrà assistere gratuitamente agli spettacoli.

The Fish Festival of Chioggia, which started in 1938, represents one of the most anticipated folkloric-gastronomic events in Veneto. For ten evenings, in the beautiful setting of the historic center of Chioggia, it will be possible to taste the typical dishes of local cuisine at the stands set up by local associations that will delight you with classic recipes such as "saor," mixed fried fish with polenta, "bibarasse in cassopipa," cuttlefish stew with polenta, and the unmissable grilled fish.
Not only cuisine but also show! Every evening from 9:30 PM, at the stage set up in Corso del Popolo, free performances will be held.

Das Fischfest von Chioggia, das 1938 gegründet wurde, gehört zu den meist erwarteten folkloristischen und gastronomischen Veranstaltungen in Venetien. An zehn Abenden können Sie in der schönen Kulisse der historischen Innenstadt von Chioggia die typischen Gerichte der lokalen Küche an den Ständen genießen, die von den lokalen Verbänden eingerichtet werden. Diese verwöhnen Sie mit klassischen Rezepten wie “saor”, gemischtem Frittierfisch mit Polenta, “bibarasse in cassopipa”, Tintenfischen in Soße mit Polenta und den unvermeidlichen Fischgrillplatten.
Nicht nur Essen, sondern auch Unterhaltung! Jeden Abend ab 21:30 Uhr kann man auf der Bühne, die in der Corso del Popolo aufgebaut ist, kostenlos an den Aufführungen teilnehmen.
