Nel cuore della pianura padovana, ai piedi dei Colli Euganei, Cervarese Santa Croce accende i bracieri per una delle sagre più popolari della zona: Festa del Bò, dedicata alla carne di bue. Un evento che porta in tavola il meglio della tradizione rurale veneta e riunisce tutta la comunità intorno al profumo della brace. Il protagonista è il Bo’, in diversi formati: succulento Bo’ al forno, Bo’ al tegame speziato, la sotto festa di Bo marinata e cotta a bassa temperatura, fino ai primi piatti al sugo di Bo’. La pasta all’uovo casereccia, bigoli e strozzapreti, sono tutti prodotti in casa al momento. Palco principale per il ballo liscio, bar degustazione vini, Area Giovani con eventi techno e commerciale, tradizionale casetta “dee fritoe” e ricchi premi alla Pesca di Beneficenza, mercatino del libro e hobbistica, giochi gonfiabili per bambini..
Ampio e rinnovato menù ogni sera sotto lo stand gastronomico, servizio con posate d’acciaio e piatti in ceramica, pasta all’uovo fatta in casa e primi piatti rigorosamente spadellati al momento!
Degustazione del Bo’: cotto allo spiedo a partire da sabato pomeriggio in cottura lenta e continua per tutta la notte, e che è possibile degustare durante il pranzo di domenica, a menù fisso, previa prenotazione.

Im Herzen der Padovanischen Ebene, am Fuß der Euganeischen Hügel, entzündet Cervarese Santa Croce die Feuer für eines der beliebtesten Feste der Gegend: Festa del Bò, gewidmet dem Rindfleisch. Eine Veranstaltung, die das Beste der ländlichen Tradition Venetien auf den Tisch bringt und die gesamte Gemeinschaft um den Duft der Glut versammelt. Der Hauptdarsteller ist der Bo’, in verschiedenen Formen: saftiger Bo’ aus dem Ofen, Bo’ im gewürzten Topf, das Unterfest von marinictem Bo’, das bei niedriger Temperatur gegart wird, bis hin zu den ersten Gerichten mit Bo’-Soße. Die hausgemachte Eiernudeln, bigoli und strozzapreti, werden alle frisch zubereitet.
