Un’esperienza unica di immersione in foresta, nel cuore della natura di Camposilvano (Velo Veronese) nel Parco Naturale Regionale della Lessinia.
Non è una semplice passeggiata, ma un percorso guidato secondo il protocollo TEFFIT – Terapie Forestali Italiane: un metodo scientifico pensato per il tuo benessere psicofisico.

Forest Immersion
A unique experience of forest immersion, in the heart of nature in Camposilvano (Velo Veronese) in the Lessinia Regional Natural Park.
This is not just a simple walk, but a guided path following the TEFFIT – Italian Forest Therapies: a scientific method designed for your psychophysical well-being.

This experience will also be an introduction to forest immersion, preparatory for a more comprehensive path: a cycle of 3-day immersions in the Lessini Mountains, designed to further deepen your psychophysical well-being.

Waldimmersion
Ein einzigartiges Erlebnis der Waldimmersion, im Herzen der Natur von Camposilvano (Velo Veronese) im Regionalen Naturpark Lessinia.
Es ist kein einfacher Spaziergang, sondern ein geführter Weg gemäß dem Protokoll TEFFIT – Italienische Waldtherapien: eine wissenschaftliche Methode, die für Ihr psychophysisches Wohlbefinden entwickelt wurde.
