Sabato 19 settembre, alle ore 17:45, la Batteria Vettor Pisani ospita il concerto del Ten Strings Duo, formato da Matteo Salerno al flauto e Andrea Candeli alla chitarra. L’appuntamento rientra nel 24° Festival Chitarristico Internazionale delle due Città ed è curato dall’Associazione Accademia Musicale Musikrooms.
Il programma propone un percorso musicale che mette in dialogo il repertorio classico con brani pop-rock dagli anni Settanta ai giorni nostri. Attraverso arrangiamenti pensati per flauto e chitarra, il duo rilegge pagine note della musica contemporanea, valorizzandone la componente melodica e il legame con la tradizione classica.
Matteo Salerno, diplomato con il massimo dei voti al Conservatorio di Ravenna, ha collaborato con importanti istituzioni concertistiche italiane e internazionali e ha preso parte a produzioni Rai e progetti cameristici, sinfonici e contemporanei. Andrea Candeli, chitarrista classico formatosi anche a Parigi con Alberto Ponce, è stato premiato in concorsi nazionali e internazionali e vanta numerose collaborazioni artistiche.

On Saturday, September 19, at 5:45 p.m., the Batteria Vettor Pisani will host the concert of the Ten Strings Duo, consisting of Matteo Salerno on flute and Andrea Candeli on guitar. This event is part of the 24th International Guitar Festival of the Two Cities and is organized by the Accademia Musicale Musikrooms.
The program offers a musical journey that dialogues the classical repertoire with pop-rock pieces from the Seventies to the present day. Through arrangements designed for flute and guitar, the duo reinterprets well-known pages of contemporary music, enhancing the melodic component and its connection to the classical tradition.
Matteo Salerno, who graduated with top honors from the Conservatory of Ravenna, has collaborated with important Italian and international concert institutions and has participated in Rai productions as well as chamber, symphonic, and contemporary projects. Andrea Candeli, a classical guitarist also trained in Paris with Alberto Ponce, has won awards in national and international competitions and boasts numerous artistic collaborations.

Am Samstag, den 19. September, um 17:45 Uhr, veranstaltet die Batteria Vettor Pisani das Konzert des Ten Strings Duo, bestehend aus Matteo Salerno an der Flöte und Andrea Candeli an der Gitarre. Der Termin ist Teil des 24. Internationalen Gitarrenfestivals der beiden Städte und wird von der Associazione Accademia Musicale Musikrooms organisiert.
Das Programm schlägt einen musikalischen Weg vor, der das klassische Repertoire mit Pop-Rock-Stücken von den Siebzigern bis zur Gegenwart verbindet. Durch Arrangements, die für Flöte und Gitarre gedacht sind, interpretiert das Duo bekannte Seiten der zeitgenössischen Musik neu und hebt deren melodische Komponenten sowie die Verbindung zur klassischen Tradition hervor.
Matteo Salerno, der am Konservatorium von Ravenna mit Auszeichnung abgeschlossen hat, hat mit bedeutenden italienischen und internationalen Konzertinstitutionen zusammengearbeitet und an Rai-Produktionen sowie Kammermusik-, Sinfonie- und zeitgenössischen Projekten teilgenommen. Andrea Candeli, klassischer Gitarrist, der auch in Paris bei Alberto Ponce ausgebildet wurde, wurde in nationalen und internationalen Wettbewerben ausgezeichnet und hat zahlreiche künstlerische Kooperationen.
