Il 6 dicembre viene inaugurato il progetto “L’arte del presepe”, un appuntamento che apre ufficialmente il periodo natalizio con la presentazione del presepe in gondola realizzato dalla ASD Società Remiera Cavallino.
L’installazione è frutto di un lavoro che unisce abilità manuale, conoscenza delle tradizioni e un forte legame con il territorio lagunare. La gondola, simbolo indiscusso della cultura veneziana, diventa la base per una rappresentazione realizzata con materiali semplici e dettagli curati, pensata per richiamare la storia della voga locale e il rapporto quotidiano con l’acqua.
L’iniziativa rientra nel progetto promosso dal Comune che, anche quest’anno, invita a riscoprire i presepi creati nelle abitazioni del territorio. Molte famiglie, alcune da decenni, aprono i cancelli delle proprie case per mostrare al pubblico i lavori che preparano con dedizione nel corso delle settimane precedenti. Sono presepi costruiti con stili diversi, talvolta modellati su scenari tradizionali, altre volte reinterpretati con materiali naturali raccolti lungo la costa o nei giardini privati. In ogni caso raccontano una pratica che continua a essere trasmessa di generazione in generazione e che conserva un forte valore identitario.
Il progetto permette di visitare questi piccoli allestimenti domestici seguendo un itinerario che attraversa diverse zone del territorio. La mappa con tutte le tappe aiuta a orientarsi tra le numerose installazioni e punti di interesse, offrendo l’occasione di osservare come ogni famiglia abbia sviluppato una propria interpretazione del presepe, spesso influenzata da abilità personali, passioni artigianali o ricordi legati al luogo in cui vive.
L’inaugurazione del presepe in gondola diventa quindi un momento che introduce il percorso complessivo, dando il via a una proposta che unisce creatività, tradizione popolare e un modo semplice di avvicinarsi alle storie locali. È un’occasione per scoprire installazioni molto diverse tra loro e per osservare come un rito familiare possa trasformarsi in un itinerario aperto a tutti.

The installation is the result of a work that combines manual skill, knowledge of traditions, and a strong connection with the lagoon territory. The gondola, an undisputed symbol of Venetian culture, becomes the base for a representation made with simple materials and careful details, designed to evoke the history of local rowing and the daily relationship with water.
The initiative is part of a project promoted by the municipality, which this year also invites a rediscovery of the nativity scenes created in local homes. Many families, some for decades, open the gates of their houses to show the public the works they have passionately prepared in the weeks prior. These are nativity scenes built in different styles, sometimes modeled on traditional scenarios, other times reinterpreted with natural materials collected along the coast or in private gardens. In any case, they tell a practice that continues to be passed down from generation to generation and that preserves a strong identity value.
The project allows visitors to explore these small domestic displays by following a route that crosses various areas of the territory. The map with all the stops helps to navigate through the numerous installations and points of interest, offering the opportunity to observe how each family has developed its own interpretation of the nativity scene, often influenced by personal skills, craftsmanship passions, or memories related to the place where they live.
The inauguration of the nativity scene in the gondola thus becomes a moment that introduces the overall journey, launching a proposal that unites creativity, popular tradition, and a simple way to approach local stories. It is an occasion to discover very different installations from one another and to observe how a family ritual can transform into an itinerary open to all.
Am 6. Dezember wird das Projekt „Die Kunst der Krippe“ feierlich eröffnet, eine Veranstaltung, die offiziell die Weihnachtszeit einläutet mit der Präsentation der Gondelkrippe, die von der ASD Società Remiera Cavallino angefertigt wurde.
Die Installation ist das Ergebnis einer Arbeit, die handwerkliches Geschick, Wissen über Traditionen und eine enge Verbindung zum Lagunengebiet vereint. Die Gondel, unbestrittenes Symbol der venezianischen Kultur, wird zur Grundlage einer Darstellung, die mit einfachen Materialien und liebevollen Details geschaffen wurde, und soll die Geschichte des lokalen Ruderens und die tägliche Beziehung zum Wasser hervorheben.
Die Initiative ist Teil eines Projekts, das von der Gemeinde gefördert wird und auch in diesem Jahr dazu einlädt, die Krippen in den Haushalten der Region neu zu entdecken. Viele Familien, einige seit Jahrzehnten, öffnen die Tore ihrer Häuser, um der Öffentlichkeit die Werke zu zeigen, die sie im Laufe der vorangegangenen Wochen mit Hingabe vorbereitet haben. Es sind Krippen, die in verschiedenen Stilen gebaut wurden, manchmal nach traditionellen Szenarien gestaltet, andere Male mit natürlichen Materialien, die entlang der Küste oder in privaten Gärten gesammelt wurden, neu interpretiert. In jedem Fall erzählen sie von einer Praxis, die von Generation zu Generation weitergegeben wird und einen starken identitätsstiftenden Wert bewahrt.
Das Projekt ermöglicht es, diese kleinen heimischen Ausstellungen auf einem Weg zu besuchen, der durch verschiedene Gebiete der Region führt. Die Karte mit allen Stationen hilft dabei, sich zwischen den zahlreichen Installationen und Sehenswürdigkeiten zurechtzufinden und bietet die Gelegenheit zu beobachten, wie jede Familie ihre eigene Interpretation der Krippe entwickelt hat, oft beeinflusst von persönlichen Fähigkeiten, handwerklichen Leidenschaften oder Erinnerungen, die mit dem Ort verbunden sind, an dem sie lebt.
