La Batteria Amalfi di Cavallino-Treporti ospita Il segreto di Susanna, intermezzo comico in un atto di Ermanno Wolf-Ferrari su libretto di Enrico Golisciani. Lo spettacolo celebra il 150° anniversario della nascita del compositore veneziano, tra i protagonisti della musica italiana tra Otto e Novecento.
Ambientata all’inizio del XX secolo in una residenza aristocratica, l’opera racconta la vicenda della contessa Susanna e del marito, il conte Gil. Un segreto apparentemente inspiegabile alimenta i sospetti e la gelosia del conte, dando origine a equivoci e situazioni comiche, sostenuti da una scrittura musicale brillante e raffinata.
Sul palco Francesca Paola Geretto nel ruolo di Susanna, Marcello Rosiello in quello del conte Gil e Roberto Moro nel ruolo di Sante, insieme all’Orchestra Regionale Filarmonia Veneta. La direzione è affidata a Marco Paladin e la regia a Federica Zagatti Wolf-Ferrari; il videomapping è curato da Mattia Innocenti e le luci da Davide Gagliani. La produzione con il Coro Polifonico Ars Nova rientra nel progetto “Un Paese all’Opera”.

The Amalfi Battery in Cavallino-Treporti hosts The Secret of Susanna, a comic intermezzo in one act by Ermanno Wolf-Ferrari with a libretto by Enrico Golisciani. The performance celebrates the 150th anniversary of the birth of the Venetian composer, one of the protagonists of Italian music between the 19th and 20th centuries.
Set in the early 20th century in an aristocratic residence, the opera tells the story of Countess Susanna and her husband, Count Gil. An apparently inexplicable secret fuels the Count's suspicions and jealousy, leading to misunderstandings and comical situations, supported by brilliant and refined musical writing.
On stage, Francesca Paola Geretto as Susanna, Marcello Rosiello as Count Gil, and Roberto Moro as Sante, along with the Orchestra Regionale Filarmonia Veneta. The direction is entrusted to Marco Paladin and the production to Federica Zagatti Wolf-Ferrari; the videomapping is curated by Mattia Innocenti and the lights by Davide Gagliani. The production with the Coro Polifonico Ars Nova is part of the “A Country at the Opera” project.

Die Batteria Amalfi in Cavallino-Treporti präsentiert Das Geheimnis von Susanna, eine komische Einakter-Oper von Ermanno Wolf-Ferrari nach einem Libretto von Enrico Golisciani. Die Aufführung feiert den 150. Jahrestag der Geburt des venezianischen Komponisten, der zu den Hauptakteuren der italienischen Musik zwischen dem 19. und 20. Jahrhundert gehört.
Die Geschichte spielt zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts in einem aristokratischen Herrenhaus und erzählt die Geschichte der Gräfin Susanna und ihres Mannes, Graf Gil. Ein anscheinend unerklärliches Geheimnis schürt die Verdächte und Eifersucht des Grafen und führt zu Missverständnissen und komischen Situationen, unterstützt von einer brillanten und raffinierten musikalischen Komposition.
Auf der Bühne Francesca Paola Geretto in der Rolle der Susanna, Marcello Rosiello als Graf Gil und Roberto Moro in der Rolle von Sante, zusammen mit der Regionalen Philharmonie Veneta. Die musikalische Leitung obliegt Marco Paladin und die Regie führt Federica Zagatti Wolf-Ferrari; das Videomapping wird von Mattia Innocenti erstellt und die Beleuchtung von Davide Gagliani. Die Produktion zusammen mit dem Coro Polifonico Ars Nova gehört zum Projekt “Ein Land in der Oper”.
Autozugang über die Via Retrone mit kostenlosem Parkplatz; Fußgänger- und Radzugang über die Via Amalfi. Es sind Bars und sanitäre Einrichtungen vorhanden. Bei schlechtem Wetter wird die Aufführung am 6. August nachgeholt. Tickets kosten zwischen 10 und 25 Euro auf Vivaticket, bei Leotours Immobiliare und Erboristeria Natura e Salute sowie an der Abendkasse ab 18.00 Uhr bis zum Erschöpfen der Plätze.
