Torna con la sua 53ª edizione la Festa dea Sparesea, l’appuntamento che rende omaggio a uno dei prodotti simbolo di Cavallino-Treporti: l’asparago verde “Montine”, coltivato nelle terre sabbiose del litorale.
Per due giornate, Piazza Santa Maria Elisabetta a Cavallino si anima con attività per tutte le età, all’insegna della tradizione agricola, del buon cibo e della convivialità. A fare da cornice, il mercatino locale, le specialità gastronomiche a base di asparago, musica dal vivo e momenti di intrattenimento.
Non mancheranno gli appuntamenti sportivi più attesi: la Sparesea Run, corsa amatoriale tra natura e paesaggio lagunare, e la Regata dea Sparesea, gara di voga alla veneta su mascareta, che richiama il legame profondo tra la comunità e la laguna.

The Festa dea Sparesea returns to Cavallino-Treporti for its 53rd edition, celebrating the prized “Montine” green asparagus, a typical product of the territory, grown in the sandy soils along the Venetian Lagoon.
Held in the central Piazza Santa Maria Elisabetta, the festival is a beloved spring tradition featuring a rich program of activities. The culinary heart of the event is the food stand, where asparagus takes center stage in a variety of delicious local recipes.
The event also features a local artisan market, the non-competitive Sparesea Run, the Regata dea Sparesea with traditional Venetian rowing boats, and live music performances. It’s the perfect occasion to enjoy local specialties and spend time outdoors with friends and family.
