Sabato 28 e Domenica 29 marzo 2026 si terrà a Villa da Schio a Castelgomberto Design in Villa, festival organizzato da Dimore Amiche del Veneto con il patrocinio di ADSI e Ville Venete, in collaborazione con il Villa da Schio.

- Patrizia Bertolini: Nel suo lavoro fa convivere rigore e sensibilità: la forma nasce dall’etica del fare, dall’attenzione ai processi e alla relazione profonda tra oggetti, persone e spazio.
- Raffaella Brunzin: Si dedica al jewelry design recuperando materiali di scarto come le camere d'aria delle biciclette (serie GUMMY), trasformando materiali poveri in manufatti unici.

Design in Villa is a festival that will take place in March 2025, on the weekends of March 15/16 - 22/23 - 29/30 and April 5/6, in the seven beautiful residences of Veneto: Castello di Thiene, Villa Angarano, Villa Sagramoso Sacchetti, Parco Frassanelle, Villa Valmarana ai Nani, Villa da Schio, Villa Rosa.
The Design in Villa festival, by Dimore Amiche del Veneto, unites the stories of noble families, among art, culture, and tradition, with the excellence of Italian design, creating a connection between the past and the future. Thus, seven historical residences – six villas and one castle – open their doors, offering visitors the exclusive hospitality of those who have inhabited them for generations, associating seven designers who will tell their design and creative journey through their objects and creations. The connection that exists between these two worlds is that both support and enhance Italian craftsmanship, ancient techniques that are part of our country's heritage, which would otherwise be lost, and with contemporary design, remain alive and are reinterpreted with a surprising variety of techniques and innovative approaches.
The idea of the designer is to reinvent ancient craftsmanship, transforming it into unique objects or products in small series, handcrafted by the skill of artisans.
In this sense, the designer becomes the mind capable of connecting and reinterpreting two worlds: the red thread between past and future. Maintaining the perfect balance between tradition and avant-garde.
Each object carries a story made of manual traditions and contemporary technologies.
A visit to the Dimore Amiche del Veneto allows one to enter the unique narrative of a lifestyle that has lasted for over 600 years. Ancient parks, historic salons, medieval tales, recipes of yore, forgotten anecdotes. The Dimore Amiche del Veneto thus tell their stories and blend with the designers ready to share their own stories and their design journeys through their work and the displayed objects, but there will also be the opportunity to meet the artists during the event “meeting with the designers.”

Design in Villa ist ein Festival, das im März 2025 an den Wochenenden vom 15./16. - 22./23. - 29./30. und 5./6. Das Design in Villa Festival, von Dimore Amiche del Veneto, verbindet die Geschichten edler Familien, zwischen Kunst, Kultur und Tradition, mit der Exzellenz des italienischen Designs und schafft eine Verbindung zwischen Vergangenheit und Zukunft. So öffnen sieben historische Residenzen – sechs Villen und ein Schloss – ihre Türen und bieten den Besuchern die exklusive Gastfreundschaft derjenigen, die seit Generationen dort leben, verbunden mit sieben Designern, die durch ihre Objekte und Kreationen ihren gestalterischen und kreativen Weg erzählen. Die Verbindung, die zwischen diesen beiden Welten besteht, ist, dass beide das italienische Handwerk unterstützen und wertschätzen, alte Techniken, die unser Erbe sind und sonst verloren gingen, die durch zeitgenössisches Design lebendig bleiben und mit einer überraschenden Vielfalt an Techniken und innovativen Ansätzen neu interpretiert werden.
Die Idee des Designers, der alte Techniken neu erfindet und sie in einzigartige Objekte oder kleine Serien verwandelt, die von der Meisterschaft der Handwerker handgefertigt werden.
In diesem Sinne wird der Designer zum Geist, der zwei Welten verbindet und neu interpretiert: der rote Faden zwischen Vergangenheit und Zukunft. Dabei wird das perfekte Gleichgewicht zwischen Tradition und Avantgarde gewahrt.
Jedes Objekt trägt eine Geschichte in sich, die aus handwerklichen Traditionen und zeitgenössischen Technologien besteht.
Der Besuch bei Dimore Amiche del Veneto ermöglicht es, in die einzigartige Geschichte eines Lebensstils einzutauchen, der seit über 600 Jahren besteht. Jahrhundertealte Parks, alte Salons, mittelalterliche Erzählungen, Rezepte aus vergangener Zeit, vergessene Anekdoten. Die Dimore Amiche del Veneto erzählen so ihre Geschichten und vermischen sich mit den Designern, die bereit sind, ihre eigene Geschichte und ihren gestalterischen Werdegang durch ihre Arbeiten und präsentierten Objekte zu erzählen. Es wird auch die Möglichkeit geben, die Künstler während der Veranstaltung "Treffen mit den Designern" zu treffen.
