L'obiettivo del progetto #VisitCastelfrancoVeneto, che continua grazie alla collaborazione tra il Comune/Assessorato al Turismo e UNPLI Treviso non cambia: la valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale e artistico del territorio.
ll secondo appuntamento di "Viaggio nella storia castellana" è un percorso progettato per fare un vero e proprio viaggio nel tempo per conoscere la nascita della città e la sua storia. Una città nata dal volere del Comune di Treviso per controllare i propri confini. Testimoni di questa vocazione difensiva sono le possenti mura, rosse perché costruite con i mattoni di argilla del Muson, da poco restaurate e parte delle quali resa accessibile, che creano un'atmosfera magica. Lungo il loro perimetro si distingue la Torre Civica, emblema cittadino.
Passeggiando lungo i giardini potremo approfondire come si costruivano i mattoni e i sistemi di difesa, per avvicinarci a Piazza Giorgione, dove ancora oggi si tiene il mercato. Entrando in centro storico scopriremo la vita medievale dentro le mura e i luoghi principali e unici della Città (i ponti e le porte, il Palazzo Municipale, il Duomo, i misteriosi Pozzi, vari scorci delle mura e molto altro). Uscendo da Porta Cittadella possiamo osservare come l’acqua era una risorsa e una difesa, ma anche un problema per la comunità a causa di malattie e delle numerose inondazioni.
Il tour si chiude presso l’accesso al Camminamento che i partecipanti saranno invitati a visitare autonomamente per godere di uno scorcio “rialzato” sulla Città (è previsto un biglietto d'ingresso).

The goal of the project #VisitCastelfrancoVeneto, which continues thanks to the collaboration between the Municipality/Tourism Department and UNPLI Treviso, remains unchanged: the enhancement of the cultural and artistic heritage of the area.
The second appointment of "Journey through the history of the castles" is a designed path to make a true journey through time to learn about the birth of the city and its history. A city born from the will of the Municipality of Treviso to control its borders. Testimonies to this defensive vocation are the mighty walls, red because they were built with clay bricks from the Muson, recently restored, part of which has been made accessible, creating a magical atmosphere. Along their perimeter stands the Civic Tower, the emblem of the city.
Walking along the gardens, we will delve into how bricks were made and the defense systems, as we approach Piazza Giorgione, where the market is still held today. Entering the historic center, we will discover medieval life within the walls and the main and unique places of the City (the bridges and gates, the Town Hall, the Cathedral, the mysterious Wells, various glimpses of the walls, and much more). Exiting from Porta Cittadella, we can observe how water was a resource and a defense, but also a problem for the community due to diseases and numerous floods.
The tour ends at the entrance to the Walkway, which participants will be invited to visit independently to enjoy an “elevated” view of the City (an admission ticket is required).

Das Ziel des Projekts #VisitCastelfrancoVeneto, das dank der Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Gemeinde/Abteilung für Tourismus und UNPLI Treviso fortgeführt wird, bleibt unverändert: die Wertschätzung des kulturellen und künstlerischen Erbes der Region.
Der zweite Termin von "Reise in die Geschichte der Burgen" ist ein Weg, der darauf ausgelegt ist, ein echtes Zeitreiseerlebnis zu bieten, um die Entstehung der Stadt und ihre Geschichte kennenzulernen. Eine Stadt, die aus dem Willen der Gemeinde Treviso entstand, um ihre Grenzen zu kontrollieren. Zeugnisse dieser defensiven Bestimmung sind die mächtigen Mauern, die rot sind, weil sie aus Tonziegeln des Muson gebaut wurden, kürzlich restauriert und teilweise zugänglich gemacht, die eine magische Atmosphäre schaffen. Entlang ihres Perimeters ragt der Rathausturm hervor, das Stadtwahrzeichen.
Beim Spaziergang durch die Gärten können wir erfahren, wie Ziegel hergestellt und die Verteidigungssysteme aufgebaut wurden, um uns der Piazza Giorgione zu nähern, wo auch heute noch der Markt stattfindet. Betreten wir die Altstadt, werden wir das mittelalterliche Leben innerhalb der Mauern und die wichtigsten und einzigartigen Orte der Stadt entdecken (die Brücken und Tore, das Rathaus, den Dom, die geheimnisvollen Brunnen, verschiedene Ausblicke auf die Mauern und vieles mehr). Wenn wir das Tor Cittadella verlassen, können wir beobachten, wie Wasser sowohl eine Ressource als auch eine Verteidigung war, aber auch ein Problem für die Gemeinschaft aufgrund von Krankheiten und zahlreichen Überschwemmungen.
Die Tour endet beim Zugang zum Gang, den die Teilnehmer eigenständig besuchen werden, um einen "erhöhten" Blick auf die Stadt zu genießen (ein Eintrittsticket ist erforderlich).
