Questo progetto si presenta come un ufficio itinerante che si trasforma in un intenso spazio di sperimentazione e incontro.
Partecipa alla performance e lasciati trasportare dalle infinite possibilità della vita. Durante gli orari di apertura della mostra Portofranco, i visitatori potranno fermarsi e prendere parte alla propria sessione personale, che offre esercizi intimi e mirati pensati per favorire la riflessione e la trasformazione.
La sessione prevede tre esercizi specifici ideati per rompere gli automatismi quotidiani e aprire nuove prospettive sul vivere e sul relazionarsi con gli altri: Scambiarsi le vite; La settimana di nove giorni; Gli occhiali.
Questa esperienza unica è resa possibile grazie alla presenza dei curatori dell'opera esposta e dei membri di Thyself Agency.

This project presents itself as a traveling office that transforms into an intense space for experimentation and meeting.
Participate in the performance and let yourself be carried away by the infinite possibilities of life. During the opening hours of the Portofranco exhibition, visitors can stop by and take part in their personal session, which offers intimate and targeted exercises designed to promote reflection and transformation.
The session includes three specific exercises designed to break everyday automatisms and open new perspectives on living and relating to others: Exchange Lives; The Nine-Day Week; The Glasses.
This unique experience is made possible by the presence of the curators of the exhibited work and members of Thyself Agency.

Die Sitzung umfasst drei spezifische Übungen, die entwickelt wurden, um alltägliche Automatismen zu durchbrechen und neue Perspektiven auf das Leben und den Umgang mit anderen zu eröffnen: Lebenswechsel; Die neuntägige Woche; Die Brille.
Dieses einzigartige Erlebnis wird durch die Anwesenheit der Kuratoren des ausgestellten Werkes und der Mitglieder von Thyself Agency möglich gemacht.
