Il corso, curato da Mario Beraldo, è dedicato alla conoscenza del nostro territorio propone un viaggio alla scoperta della villa veneta, espressione di una civiltà che, nel corso di oltre cinque secoli, ha modellato il paesaggio e la cultura del territorio. Dalla penetrazione in terraferma del patriziato veneziano alle trasformazioni legate all’agricoltura, ai commerci e alle nuove conoscenze, si ripercorrono le tappe di uno sviluppo unico.
Attraverso esempi significativi e figure di rilievo, verrà raccontato il ruolo delle ville come centri di produzione, cultura e innovazione, luoghi d’incontro per artisti, studiosi e artigiani, che hanno dato vita a una delle più raffinate espressioni della civiltà veneta. Il corso offre inoltre utili strumenti per approfondire gli itinerari veneziani e trevigiani.

The course, curated by Mario Beraldo, is dedicated to understanding our territory and proposes a journey to discover the Venetian villa, an expression of a civilization that, over the course of more than five centuries, has shaped the landscape and culture of the area. From the penetration of the Venetian patriciate into the mainland to the transformations related to agriculture, commerce, and new knowledge, the stages of a unique development are retraced.
Through significant examples and prominent figures, the role of the villas as centers of production, culture, and innovation will be narrated, places of meeting for artists, scholars, and craftsmen, who have created one of the most refined expressions of Venetian civilization. The course also offers useful tools to delve into the Venetian and Treviso itineraries.
The last appointment is dedicated to Paolo Veronese: La Soranza, Palazzo Trevisan, Villa Barbaro.
Der Kurs, geleitet von Mario Beraldo, ist der Kenntnis unseres Gebiets gewidmet und bietet eine Reise zur Entdeckung der venetischen Villa, Ausdruck einer Zivilisation, die im Laufe von über fünf Jahrhunderten die Landschaft und Kultur des Gebiets geprägt hat. Von der Eindringung des venezianischen Patriziats ins Festland bis zu den Veränderungen, die mit Landwirtschaft, Handel und neuen Erkenntnissen verbunden sind, werden die Etappen einer einzigartigen Entwicklung nachgezeichnet.
Durch bedeutende Beispiele und herausragende Persönlichkeiten wird die Rolle der Villen als Zentren für Produktion, Kultur und Innovation erzählt, Orte des Treffens für Künstler, Wissenschaftler und Handwerker, die eine der raffiniertesten Ausdrucksformen der venetischen Zivilisation hervorgebracht haben. Der Kurs bietet außerdem nützliche Werkzeuge, um die venezianischen und trevisanischen Routen zu vertiefen.
