La Sala Guidolin della Biblioteca Comunale ospita il seminario di studi intitolato "La Pietà in salvo", un incontro di alto profilo scientifico dedicato alla storia del prestito su pegno e dei Monti di Pietà. Nel pomeriggio, autorevoli studiosi e accademici analizzeranno le origini e l'evoluzione di queste istituzioni, con un focus specifico sulla genesi del Monte di Pietà di Castelfranco e sul recupero del rilievo lapideo del Cristo in pietà. Attraverso gli interventi dei relatori, il pubblico potrà approfondire il legame tra etica, economia e devozione artistica, riscoprendo le radici di un sistema di solidarietà che ha segnato profondamente la vita sociale della città.
The Guidolin Hall of the Municipal Library hosts the study seminar titled "The Piety in Safety," a high-profile scientific meeting dedicated to the history of pawn broking and the Monti di Pietà. In the afternoon, esteemed scholars and academics will analyze the origins and evolution of these institutions, with a specific focus on the genesis of the Monte di Pietà of Castelfranco and the recovery of the stone relief of the Christ in Piety. Through the speakers' presentations, the audience will be able to deepen the connection between ethics, economy, and artistic devotion, rediscovering the roots of a system of solidarity that has profoundly marked the social life of the city.
Der Guidolin-Saal der Gemeindebibliothek beherbergt das Studienseminar mit dem Titel "Die Barmherzigkeit in Sicherheit", ein hochkarätiges wissenschaftliches Treffen, das der Geschichte des Pfandkredits und der Monte di Pietà gewidmet ist. Am Nachmittag werden angesehene Wissenschaftler und Akademiker die Ursprünge und die Entwicklung dieser Institutionen analysieren, mit einem speziellen Fokus auf die Entstehung des Monte di Pietà von Castelfranco und die Wiederentdeckung des Reliefs des leidenden Christus.
