La Festa del Radicchio Variegato di Castelfranco IGP 2025 è un evento imperdibile che celebra uno dei prodotti più pregiati del nostro territorio, il radicchio variegato, e invita tutti a scoprire le sue molteplici sfumature culinarie, culturali e tradizionali. Il programma, ricco di appuntamenti per tutti, prende il via giovedì 11 dicembre con l’inaugurazione e la conferenza stampa presso la Sala Consiliare del Municipio di Castelfranco Veneto.
Il sabato sera, 13 dicembre, sarà dedicato alla Cena Sociale e Cittadino dell'Anno al Ristorante Fior, dove la serata sarà animata dall’intrattenimento musicale delle Officine Sonore. Domenica 14 dicembre, la visita guidata “La bellezza del Fiore d'Inverno” offrirà un affascinante tour del centro storico di Castelfranco Veneto.
Nel corso del fine settimana, la città si animerà con degustazioni in Piazza XXIV Maggio, dove il Consorzio Ristoranti del Radicchio e il Consorzio di Tutela del Radicchio Rosso di Treviso IGP e Variegato di Castelfranco IGP offriranno gustose prelibatezze, accompagnate da intrattenimento musicale. Sempre il 14 dicembre, alle 11:00, avrà luogo la Rassegna Fiori d’Inverno, con l’esposizione dei produttori e la premiazione del miglior radicchio variegato di Castelfranco IGP. Non mancherà la Mostra Mercato in Via F.M. Preti, tra la Torre dell’Orologio e il Duomo, che dalle 10:00 alle 19:00 ospiterà espositori del settore agroalimentare in collaborazione con Coldiretti e il Gruppo Panificatori Trevigiani.
Infine, i ristoranti e le osterie del territorio parteciperanno all’iniziativa Qui Gusti Fiori d’Inverno, proponendo piatti a base di radicchio in svariate versioni per tutta la stagione, per un’esplosione di sapori e tradizione da non perdere. Un’occasione unica per vivere e gustare Castelfranco Veneto in tutta la sua bellezza, tra cultura, gastronomia e tradizione!
The Variegated Radicchio Festival of Castelfranco IGP 2025 is an unmissable event that celebrates one of the most prized products of our territory, the variegated radicchio, and invites everyone to discover its many culinary, cultural, and traditional nuances. The program, rich in appointments for everyone, kicks off on Thursday, December 11, with the inauguration and press conference at the Council Chamber of the Municipality of Castelfranco Veneto.
Saturday evening, December 13, will be dedicated to the Social Dinner and Citizen of the Year at the Fior Restaurant, where the evening will be enlivened by musical entertainment from Officine Sonore. On Sunday, December 14, the guided tour “The Beauty of the Winter Flower” will offer a fascinating tour of the historic center of Castelfranco Veneto.
During the weekend, the city will come alive with tastings in Piazza XXIV Maggio, where the Consortium of Radicchio Restaurants and the Protection Consortium of the Red Radicchio of Treviso IGP and Variegato di Castelfranco IGP will offer delicious delicacies, accompanied by musical entertainment. Also on December 14, at 11:00, the Winter Flower Showcase will take place, featuring producers and the awarding of the best variegated radicchio of Castelfranco IGP. The Market Exhibition will be held on Via F.M. Preti, between the Clock Tower and the Cathedral, which from 10:00 to 19:00 will host exhibitors from the agri-food sector in collaboration with Coldiretti and the Treviso Bakers Group.
Finally, local restaurants and taverns will participate in the initiative Here Taste Winter Flowers, proposing dishes based on radicchio in various versions throughout the season, for an explosion of flavors and tradition not to be missed. A unique opportunity to experience and taste Castelfranco Veneto in all its beauty, blending culture, gastronomy, and tradition!
Das Fest des Variegierten Radicchio di Castelfranco IGP 2025 ist eine unverzichtbare Veranstaltung, die eines der wertvollsten Produkte unserer Region, den variegierten Radicchio, feiert und alle einlädt, seine vielfältigen kulinarischen, kulturellen und traditionellen Nuancen zu entdecken. Das Programm, das reich an Terminen für alle ist, beginnt am Donnerstag, den 11. Dezember, mit der Eröffnung und der Pressekonferenz im Sitzungssaal der Gemeinde Castelfranco Veneto.
Der Samstagabend, 13. Dezember, wird dem Sozialabend und dem Bürger des Jahres im Restaurant Fior gewidmet, wo der Abend mit musikalischer Unterhaltung der Officine Sonore aufgelockert wird. Am Sonntag, den 14. Dezember, bietet die geführte Tour "Die Schönheit der Winterblume" eine faszinierende Tour durch das historische Zentrum von Castelfranco Veneto.
Im Laufe des Wochenendes wird die Stadt mit Verkostungen am Platz XXIV Maggio lebendig, wo der Konsortium der Radicchio-Restaurants und das Konsortium zur Förderung des Roten Radicchio di Treviso IGP und Variegato di Castelfranco IGP köstliche Delikatessen anbieten, begleitet von musikalischer Unterhaltung. Schließlich werden die Restaurants und Osterien der Region an der Initiative Qui Gusti Fiori d’Inverno teilnehmen und im Laufe der ganzen Saison Gerichte mit Radicchio in verschiedenen Variationen anbieten, für eine Explosion von Geschmäckern und Traditionen, die man nicht verpassen sollte. Eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, Castelfranco Veneto in seiner ganzen Schönheit zu erleben und zu genießen, zwischen Kultur, Gastronomie und Tradition!
