Per celebrare i tre secoli del Duomo di Santa Maria Assunta e San Liberale, la parrocchia e il Liceo Classico Giorgione hanno sviluppato un progetto di accoglienza e visite.
I ragazzi accompagneranno quanti lo desiderano alla scoperta delle opere conservate nella Chiesa di San Giacomo. Tra queste spicca la pala d'altare "L'Incoronazione della Vergine" di Paolo Piazza, recentemente restaurata e tornata al suo splendore originale, oltre a una serie di dipinti attribuiti a Damina Damini, attiva fino al 1669, raffiguranti vari apostoli, tra cui San Giacomo Apostolo.
To celebrate the three centuries of the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta and San Liberale, the parish and the Giorgione Classical High School have developed a project for welcoming visitors and guided tours.
The students will guide visitors in discovering the artworks preserved in the Church of San Giacomo. Among these is the altarpiece The Coronation of the Virgin by Paolo Piazza, recently restored to its original splendor, as well as a series of paintings attributed to Damina Damini, active until 1669, depicting various apostles, including St. James the Apostle.
Um die drei Jahrhunderte des Doms von Santa Maria Assunta und San Liberale zu feiern, haben die Pfarrei und das klassische Gymnasium Giorgione ein Projekt zur Aufnahme und Besichtigungen entwickelt.
Die Schüler werden diejenigen, die es wünschen, auf eine Entdeckungsreise zu den in der Kirche San Giacomo aufbewahrten Werken begleiten. Darunter sticht das Altarbild "Die Krönung der Jungfrau" von Paolo Piazza hervor, das kürzlich restauriert und zu seinem ursprünglichen Glanz zurückgekehrt ist, sowie eine Reihe von Gemälden, die Damina Damini zugeschrieben werden und bis 1669 aktiv war, die verschiedene Apostel darstellen, darunter den heiligen Jakobus, den Apostel.
