La proposta che si sviluppa lungo il fiume Livenza ha come punto di partenza il Borgo rurale di Ca Corniani e San Stino di Livenza. Situato a circa 3 chilometri da Caorle, il borgo rurale di Ca' Corniani, che oggi ospita anche una prestigiosa cantina, rappresenta il primo esempio di intervento di bonifica ad opera di privati nelle paludi venete, avvenuto nell’800. La famiglia Corniani acquistò quest’area lagunare nel 1600 per cederla a metà ‘800 alle Assicurazioni Generali che avviarono il progetto di bonifica attraverso la costruzione, nel 1879, dell'impianto idrovoro. L’esperienza propone la formula bike & boat portando l’ospite a risalire un breve tratto del Livenza che scorre lungo un percorso ricco di suggestioni paesaggistiche che contraddistinguono i borghi e le campagna dell’entroterra veneziano.

The proposal that unfolds along the Livenza river starts from the rural village of Ca Corniani and San Stino di Livenza. Located about 3 kilometers from Caorle, the rural village of Ca' Corniani, which today also hosts a prestigious winery, represents the first example of land reclamation intervention by private individuals in the Venetian marshes, which occurred in the 1800s. The Corniani family acquired this lagoon area in the 1600s to hand it over to Generali Insurance in the mid-1800s, which initiated the reclamation project through the construction of the drainage system in 1879. The experience offers the bike & boat formula, allowing guests to navigate a short stretch of the Livenza that flows along a route rich in scenic suggestions characterizing the villages and countryside of the Venetian hinterland.

Das Angebot, das sich entlang des Flusses Livenza entwickelt, hat als Ausgangspunkt das ländliche Dorf Ca Corniani und San Stino di Livenza. Etwa 3 Kilometer von Caorle entfernt, stellt das ländliche Dorf Ca' Corniani, das heute auch ein angesehenes Weingut beherbergt, das erste Beispiel für private Entwässerungsmaßnahmen in den venetianischen Sümpfen dar, das im 19. Jahrhundert stattfand. Die Familie Corniani kaufte dieses Lagunengebiet im 17. Jahrhundert und übergab es Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts an die Generali Versicherungen, die das Entwässerungsprojekt durch den Bau der Hydraulikanlage im Jahr 1879 einleiteten. Die Erfahrung bietet die Formel Bike & Boat und lädt den Gast ein, einen kurzen Abschnitt der Livenza zu befahren, der entlang eines mit landschaftlichen Reizen gespickten Weges fließt, der die Dörfer und die Landschaft des venezianischen Hinterlandes prägt.
