(Alberghi, Ristorazione e Catering) avranno la possibilità di osservare, studiare e valutare tutte le innovazioni suggerite dai produttori del Nordest, e non solo, professionisti che da decenni progettano e realizzano quanto di meglio può essere offerto al turista per il suo benessere e la soddisfazione di una vacanza indimenticabile sulle nostre splendide spiagge.
Numerosi gli incontri programmati quotidianamente sui temi più importanti relativi all’imprenditoria turistica: essere aggiornati è un'esigenza fondamentale sentita da tutti gli operatori e momenti come questi rappresentano importanti occasioni per documentare ed aggiornare le proprie conoscenze.
