Il Caorle Independent Film Festival (CIFF), ormai giunto alla sua settima edizione, è un evento culturale che si tiene annualmente nella splendida città di Caorle, la piccola Venezia.
Il Festival nasce dalla volontà dell'Associazione Culturale Caorle Film di valorizzare proprio quella nicchia di artisti che creano e producono le loro opere senza l'aiuto di una grande casa di produzione: il cinema indipendente.
Le 75 opere selezionate (su quasi 150 candidature), suddivise tra lungometraggi, cortometraggi, documentari, web serie, episodi pilota e film di animazione, saranno proiettate nelle sale del Centro Culturale Andrea Bafile, nel centro storico di Caorle, appositamente trasformate in sale proiezione.
La selezione di quest’anno è costituita da una gamma di film indipendenti provenienti da diverse parti del mondo che racconta la società contemporanea offrendo al pubblico l'opportunità di riflettere su temi sociali importanti e scoprire emozionanti storie provenienti da culture ed etnie diverse spaziando dalla commedia al dramma, dal fantasy al thriller, esplorando una varietà di generi, stili e narrazioni.
Il CIFF è strutturato in modo da porre sempre al primo posto tutti i partecipanti in gara in un ambiente festivaliero dal sapore internazionale. Anche gli stessi visitatori, oltre a poter assistere gratuitamente a tutte le proiezioni, diventano parte integrante del festival partecipando attivamente alle attività collaterali.

The Caorle Independent Film Festival (CIFF), now in its seventh edition, is a cultural event held annually in the beautiful city of Caorle.
The Festival was born from the desire of the Caorle Film Cultural Association to enhance that niche of artists who create and produce their works without the help of a large production company: independent cinema.
The 75 selected works (out of almost 150 nominations), divided between feature films, short films, documentaries, web series, pilot episodes and animated films, will be screened in the rooms of the Andrea Bafile Cultural Center, in the historic center of Caorle, specially transformed into screening rooms.
This year's selection consists of a range of independent films from different parts of the world that tell the story of contemporary society, offering the public the opportunity to reflect on important social issues and discover exciting stories from different cultures and ethnic groups, ranging from comedy to drama, from fantasy to thriller, exploring a variety of genres, styles and narratives.
CIFF is structured in such a way as to always put all the competing participants first in a festival environment with an international flavour. Even the visitors themselves, in addition to being able to attend all the screenings for free, become an integral part of the festival by actively participating in the collateral activities.
Das Caorle Independent Film Festival (CIFF), das bereits zum siebten Mal stattfindet, ist eine kulturelle Veranstaltung, die jährlich in der wunderschönen Stadt Caorle stattfindet.
Das Festival entstand aus dem Wunsch des Caorle Film Cultural Association heraus, genau die Nische der Künstler zu stärken, die ihre Werke ohne die Hilfe eines großen Produktionshauses schaffen und produzieren: das unabhängige Kino.
Die 75 ausgewählten Werke, unterteilt in Spielfilme, Kurzfilme, Dokumentationen, Webserien, Pilotfolgen und Animationsfilme, werden in den Räumen des Kulturzentrums Andrea Bafile im historischen Zentrum von Caorle gezeigt , speziell zu Vorführräumen umgestaltet .
Die diesjährige Auswahl besteht aus einer Reihe unabhängiger Filme aus verschiedenen Teilen der Welt, die eine Chronik der heutigen Gesellschaft darstellen und dem Publikum die Möglichkeit bieten, über wichtige gesellschaftliche Themen nachzudenken und spannende Geschichten aus verschiedenen Kulturen und Ethnien zu entdecken, die von Komödie bis Drama, von Fantasy bis Thriller reichen. Erkundung einer Vielzahl von Genres, Stilen und Erzählungen.
Das CIFF ist so strukturiert, dass in einem Festivalumfeld mit internationalem Flair stets alle konkurrierenden Teilnehmer an erster Stelle stehen. Auch die Besucher selbst können nicht nur allen Vorführungen kostenlos beiwohnen, sondern werden durch die aktive Teilnahme an den Begleitaktivitäten zu einem integralen Bestandteil des Festivals.
