Dal 29 agosto al 28 settembre 2025, presso la Sede Municipale di Campagna Lupia (Via della Repubblica, 34), sarà visitabile la mostra dell'artista locale Rino Frasson. Con uno sguardo ironico e affettuoso sulla quotidianità, Frasson racconta scene di vita veneta attraverso colori brillanti e atmosfere leggere.
Inaugurazione: venerdì 29 agosto alle ore 19:00, seguirà un momento conviviale aperto a tutti.
Orari di visita: durante l’apertura degli uffici comunali.
Un appuntamento da non perdere per scoprire l’arte di un talento del territorio che sa coniugare semplicità e profondità con un tocco di umorismo.

Biografia dell'artista:
Rino Frasson nasce a Mirano, in provincia di Venezia, il 10 maggio 1952 da una famiglia di operai.
Spirito libero e un po’ irrequieto, Rino trascorre infanzia e adolescenza tra alti e bassi.
Frequenta le scuole dell’obbligo ed è qui che nasce in lui una grande passione che non lo abbandonerà mai: la pittura.
Alle scuole medie ha come docente di educazione artistica una figura autorevole, quella del Professor Glauco Benito Tiozzo, grazie al quale apprende i primi rudimenti di copia dal vero.
Rino si sente da subito attratto dalle opere dei grandi maestri del passato come Raffaello e Michelangelo, ma soprattutto dalla pittura impressionista en plein air dell’800. Dapprima comincia a realizzare dei disegni quasi per caso e fa qualche vignetta di cartoni animati. In seguito si cimenta nel chiaroscuro a matita sfumato a mano, con le dita. Passa poi alla china che perfeziona con la china acquerellabile. Approda successivamente alla matita acquerellata, per finire con l’acquerello vero e proprio.
Il lavoro lo allontana temporaneamente dalla pittura ma il sopraggiungere della pensione è l’occasione per dedicarsi nuovamente, con ritrovato vigore, costanza e dedizione alla sua grande, originaria passione.
Sperimenta l’acquerello e ne approfondisce la conoscenza per poi giungere alla pittura ad olio. La sua è una continua ricerca e sperimentazione del nuovo, perseguite con determinazione e con la consapevolezza che i limiti sono solo nella nostra testa.
Questo è il pensiero di Rino: se hai un sogno e vuoi realizzarlo, non ci sarà nulla in grado di ostacolarti perché conta solo la tua volontà.
From August 29 to September 28, 2025, at the Municipal Headquarters of Campagna Lupia (Via della Repubblica, 34), the exhibition of local artist Rino Frasson will be open to visitors. With an ironic and affectionate look at everyday life, Frasson tells scenes of Venetian life through bright colors and light atmospheres.
Opening: Friday August 29 at 7:00 PM, followed by a convivial moment open to everyone.

Artist biography:
Rino Frasson was born in Mirano, in the province of Venice, on May 10, 1952, to a family of workers.
A free spirit and a bit restless, Rino spent his childhood and adolescence through highs and lows.
He attended mandatory schools, and it is here that a great passion is born in him that will never leave him: painting.
In middle school, he has a significant art education teacher, Professor Glauco Benito Tiozzo, from whom he learns the first rudiments of copying from reality.
Rino feels immediately attracted to the works of the great masters of the past like Raphael and Michelangelo, but especially to the 19th-century en plein air Impressionist painting. At first, he starts making drawings almost by chance and creates some cartoons. Later, he experiments with hand-blended pencil chiaroscuro with his fingers. He then moves on to ink, which he refines with water-soluble ink. He subsequently arrives at water-soluble pencil, ultimately ending with real watercolor.
Work temporarily distances him from painting, but the approach of retirement is the opportunity to dedicate himself again, with renewed vigor, consistency, and dedication to his great, original passion.
He experiments with watercolor and deepens his knowledge before moving on to oil painting. His is a continuous search and experimentation for the new, pursued with determination and the awareness that limits are only in our heads.
This is Rino's thought: if you have a dream and want to achieve it, nothing will be able to stop you because only your will matters.
Vom 29. August bis 28. September 2025 wird in der Gemeindeverwaltung von Campagna Lupia (Via della Repubblica, 34) die Ausstellung des lokalen Künstlers Rino Frasson zu sehen sein. Mit einem ironischen und liebevollen Blick auf den Alltag erzählt Frasson Szenen des venetischen Lebens durch leuchtende Farben und leichte Atmosphären.
Eröffnung: Freitag 29. August um 19:00 Uhr, es folgt ein geselliger Moment, der für alle offen ist.
Öffnungszeiten: während der Öffnungszeiten der Gemeindebüros.
Ein Termin, den man nicht verpassen sollte, um die Kunst eines Talents aus der Region zu entdecken, das Einfachheit und Tiefe mit einem Hauch von Humor verbindet.

Biografie des Künstlers:
Rino Frasson wurde am 10. Mai 1952 in Mirano, in der Provinz Venedig, in eine Arbeiterfamilie geboren.
Freigeistig und etwas unruhig verbringt Rino seine Kindheit und Jugend mit Höhen und Tiefen.
Er besucht die Pflichtschulen und dort entwickelt sich eine große Leidenschaft, die ihn nie verlässt: die Malerei.
In der Mittelstufe hat er einen autoritativen Kunstlehrer, Professor Glauco Benito Tiozzo, durch den er die ersten Grundlagen des Zeichnens vom echten Leben erlernt.
Rino fühlt sich sofort von den Werken der großen Meister der Vergangenheit wie Raphael und Michelangelo, vor allem aber von der Impressionismus-Malerei en plein air des 19. Jahrhunderts angezogen. Zunächst beginnt er fast zufällig, Zeichnungen anzufertigen, und macht einige Cartoons. Später wagt er sich an das Schattenspiel mit Bleistift, das er mit den Fingern verblenden kann. Danach geht er zur Tinte über, die er mit wasserlöslicher Tinte perfektioniert. Schließlich landet er beim aquarellierbaren Bleistift, bevor er zum eigentlichen Aquarell übergeht.
Die Arbeit entfernt ihn vorübergehend von der Malerei, aber der Eintritt in den Ruhestand ist die Gelegenheit, sich wieder voller Kraft, Beständigkeit und Hingabe seiner großen, ursprünglichen Leidenschaft zu widmen.
Er experimentiert mit Aquarell und vertieft sein Wissen, bevor er zur Ölmalerei übergeht. Es ist eine ständige Suche und Experimentierung mit Neuem, die mit Entschlossenheit verfolgt wird und dem Bewusstsein, dass die Grenzen nur in unseren Köpfen existieren.
Das ist das Denken von Rino: Wenn du einen Traum hast und ihn verwirklichen möchtest, wird es nichts geben, was dich aufhalten kann, denn einzig dein Wille zählt.
