Le Terme di Giunone accolgono i produttori e trasformatori, selezionati da Slow Food Verona per far conoscere i loro prodotti.
Verdura e frutta di stagione, legumi, formaggi di malga, salumi, pani farinacei da lievito madre, verdure fermentate, pesce di lago in vasetto, mieli e confetture, dolciumi, olio EVO, vini e birre naturali, spezie, erbe, prodotti naturali per la cura personale e tanto altro. Un mercato che rispetta l’ambiente, il lavoro dei produttori, il tutto a prezzi equi.
Alle ore 11 è, inoltre, prevista una degustazione gratuita dei prodotti del mercato.
