Domenica 24 maggio presso le Terme di Giunone ospiteremo il 1º MERCATO ALLE TERME DI GIUNONE, un appuntamento speciale promosso insieme a Slow Food Verona, pensato per valorizzare il territorio, i produttori e una cultura del cibo fatta di qualità, tradizione e rispetto.
Un’occasione per incontrare i produttori, conoscere le eccellenze locali e riscoprire il significato autentico dello Slow Food: un cibo che non è solo nutrimento, ma identità, storia e legame con la terra. Verdura e frutta di stagione, legumi, formaggi di malga, salumi, pani farinacei da lievito madre, verdure fermentate, pesce di lago in vasetto, mieli e confetture, dolciumi, olio EVO, vini e birre naturali, spezie, erbe, prodotti naturali per la cura personale e tanto altro. Un mercato che rispetta l’ambiente, il lavoro dei produttori, il tutto a prezzi equi.
Alle ore 11:00 è, inoltre, prevista una degustazione gratuita dei prodotti del mercato.

On Sunday, May 24, at the Terme di Giunone, we will host the 1st MARKET AT THE TERME DI GIUNONE, a special event promoted together with Slow Food Verona, designed to enhance the territory, the producers, and a food culture rooted in quality, tradition, and respect.
It’s an opportunity to meet the producers, learn about local excellence, and rediscover the authentic meaning of Slow Food: food that is not just nourishment but also identity, history, and a bond with the land. Seasonal vegetables and fruits, legumes, mountain cheeses, cured meats, naturally leavened breads, fermented vegetables, lake fish in jars, honeys and jams, sweets, EVO oil, natural wines and beers, spices, herbs, natural personal care products, and much more. A market that respects the environment, the work of producers, all at fair prices.
At 11:00 a.m., a free tasting of the market’s products is also scheduled.
Supporting local producers means preserving traditions, promoting sustainability, and investing in the value of our communities.

Am Sonntag, den 24. Mai, finden wir im Thermalbad Juno den 1. MARKT IM THERMALBAD JUNO statt, eine besondere Veranstaltung, die gemeinsam mit Slow Food Verona organisiert wurde, um das Gebiet, die Produzenten und eine Lebensmittelkultur, die auf Qualität, Tradition und Respekt basiert, zu fördern.
Eine Gelegenheit, die Produzenten zu treffen, die lokalen Exzellenzen kennenzulernen und die wahre Bedeutung von Slow Food neu zu entdecken: ein Essen, das nicht nur Nahrung ist, sondern auch Identität, Geschichte und Bindung zur Erde. Saisonales Gemüse und Obst, Hülsenfrüchte, Almkäse, Wurstwaren, Sauerteigbrot, fermentierte Gemüse, Seefisch im Glas, Honige und Konfitüren, Süßigkeiten, EVO-Öl, natürliche Weine und Biere, Gewürze, Kräuter, natürliche Produkte für die persönliche Pflege und vieles mehr. Ein Markt, der die Umwelt, die Arbeit der Produzenten respektiert, alles zu fairen Preisen.
Außerdem ist um 11:00 Uhr eine kostenlose Verkostung der Produkte des Marktes vorgesehen.
