Il 9 luglio ci sarà il primo appuntamento sulla spiaggia di Magugnano di Sunrise on the Beach 2026 a Brenzone sul Garda.
Un percorso di benessere, respiro e movimento dolce guidato da Valeria Scardelato, per risvegliare corpo e mente in riva al lago, immersi nella quiete del mattino.
Gli incontri si svolgeranno alla spiaggia di Magugnano alle ore 09.00 e la partecipazione è gratuita
On July 9th, there will be the first appointment on the beach of Magugnano for Sunrise on the Beach 2026 in Brenzone sul Garda.
A well-being path, breathing, and gentle movement guided by Valeria Scardelato, to awaken body and mind by the lake, immersed in the morning calm.
The meetings will take place at the beach of Magugnano at 9:00 a.m. and participation is free.
