Il 2 luglio prende il via Sunrise on the Beach 2026 a Brenzone sul Garda.
Un percorso di benessere, respiro e movimento dolce guidato da Valeria Scardelato, per risvegliare corpo e mente in riva al lago, immersi nella quiete del mattino.
Gli incontri si svolgeranno alla spiaggia di Acquafresca alle ore 09.00 e la partecipazione è gratuita
On July 2, Sunrise on the Beach 2026 kicks off in Brenzone sul Garda.
A journey of wellness, breath, and gentle movement led by Valeria Scardelato, to awaken body and mind by the lake, immersed in the morning tranquility.
The meetings will take place at Acquafresca beach at 9:00 a.m. and participation is free.
Am 2. Juli beginnt Sunrise on the Beach 2026 in Brenzone am Gardasee.
Ein Weg des Wohlbefindens, des Atems und sanfter Bewegung, geleitet von Valeria Scardelato, um Körper und Geist am Ufer des Sees zu wecken, eingebettet in die Stille des Morgens.
Die Treffen finden am Strand von Acquafresca um 09.00 Uhr statt und die Teilnahme ist kostenlos.
