Sabato 7 marzo, alle ore 09.00, partendo dalla chiesa di San Zeno de l'Oselet a Castelletto, si terrà una passeggiata sul lungolago pensata per celebrare, ascoltare e valorizzare l'universo femminile attraverso un'esperienza sensoriale unica.
Durante il percorso sono previste soste sensoriali e tematiche dedicate a:
pratica di ascolto e risveglio dell'energia femminile, erbe e fiori, armocromia, olio evo di Brenzone, dare e ricevere abbracci, cura della pelle, incontro e sensibilizzazione con l'associazione Telefono Rosa
Un cammino fatto di emozioni, consapevolezza e condivisione, che si concluderà con un'ultima tappa dedicata a Frida Kahlo, simbolo di forza, identità e libertà femminile.
Al termine dell'evento sarà possibile partecipare alla degustazione del risotto mimosa, per concludere la giornata insieme.
In caso di maltempo l'evento si svolgerà all'interno del Garda Family House a Castelletto.
On Saturday, March 7, at 9:00 a.m., starting from the Church of San Zeno de l'Oselet in Castelletto, a lakeside walk will take place, designed to celebrate, listen to, and enhance the feminine universe through a unique sensory experience.
The route will include sensory and thematic stops dedicated to: listening and awakening feminine energy, herbs and flowers, color harmony, Brenzone extra virgin olive oil, giving and receiving hugs, skincare, and a meeting and awareness-raising session with the Telefono Rosa association.
A journey of emotion, awareness, and sharing, concluding with a final stop dedicated to Frida Kahlo, a symbol of female strength, identity, and freedom.
At the end of the event, guests will be able to enjoy a tasting of mimosa risotto, a way to end the day together.
In case of bad weather, the event will take place inside the Garda Family House in Castelletto.
Am Samstag, dem 7. März, findet um 9:00 Uhr an der Kirche San Zeno de l'Oselet in Castelletto ein Spaziergang am Seeufer statt.
Dieser Spaziergang ist der Feier, dem Zuhören und der Stärkung der weiblichen Welt durch ein einzigartiges Sinneserlebnis gewidmet.
Die Route beinhaltet sinnliche und thematische Stationen zu folgenden Themen:
Weibliche Energie spüren und erwecken, Kräuter und Blumen, Farbharmonie, natives Olivenöl extra von Brenzone, Umarmungen geben und empfangen, Hautpflege sowie ein Treffen mit dem Verein Telefono Rosa und eine Informationsveranstaltung.
Eine Reise voller Emotionen, Achtsamkeit und Austausch, die mit einer letzten Station zu Ehren von Frida Kahlo, einem Symbol weiblicher Stärke, Identität und Freiheit, ihren Abschluss findet.
Zum Abschluss der Veranstaltung können die Gäste ein Mimosenrisotto genießen – ein schöner gemeinsamer Ausklang des Tages.
Bei schlechtem Wetter findet die Veranstaltung im Garda Family House in Castelletto statt.
