In occasione della "Antica Fiera di Santa Caterina", venerdì 27 novembre, all'interno della struttura in Piazza M.M.D. Mantovani a Castelletto si terrà il COOKING SHOW.
Si tratta di un evento unico, in cui lo chef cucinerà dal vivo davanti al pubblico, unendo la preparazione pratica dei piatti al racconto di ricette, ingredienti e trucchi del mestiere, e alla fine si degusteranno i piatti preparati.
Appuntamento alle ore 20:00.

On the occasion of the "Antique Fair of Santa Caterina", Friday, November 27, the COOKING SHOW will take place inside the structure in Piazza M.M.D. Mantovani in Castelletto.
This is a unique event, where the chef will cook live in front of the audience, combining the practical preparation of dishes with the sharing of recipes, ingredients, and tips of the trade, and at the end, the prepared dishes will be tasted.
Appointment at 8:00 p.m.
The event is by reservation with limited seating!
Anlässlich der "Antica Fiera di Santa Caterina" findet am Freitag, den 27. November, in der Struktur auf dem Platz M.M.D. Mantovani in Castelletto das COOKING SHOW statt.
Es handelt sich um ein einzigartiges Event, bei dem der Koch live vor dem Publikum kocht und die praktische Zubereitung der Gerichte mit dem Erzählen von Rezepten, Zutaten und Tricks des Handwerks verbindet. Am Ende werden die zubereiteten Gerichte verkostet.
Termin um 20:00 Uhr.
Die Veranstaltung ist nur mit Reservierung und die Plätze sind begrenzt!
