Breganze, il piccolo gioiello del Vicentino, si prepara a celebrare un anniversario d’oro. Domenica 18 gennaio 2026, infatti, la città ospiterà la 31esima edizione della Prima del Torcolato, un evento ormai entrato nel cuore degli appassionati di enogastronomia e non solo.
La manifestazione vedrà la partecipazione di Gabriella Dorio, ambasciatrice del Torcolato 2026, e sarà presentata da Franco Ghirardello, confermando così la forte componente culturale e popolare di un appuntamento che unisce tradizione, territorio e convivialità.

Sfilata della Magnifica Fraglia del Torcolato e spemitura pubblica 14:00 - 16:30 Investitura ufficiale Ambasciatrice del Torcolato nel mondo 2026 e brindisi in piazza con il primo mosto di Torcolato.
Fruttaio Tour 16:30 - 20:00 Cantine aperte con programmi dedicati e intrattenimento.

Thirty years of history, thirty years of tradition to savor with every sip of Torcolato! On Sunday, January 19, we await you in Breganze for the 30th anniversary of the Prima del Torcolato. What awaits you?
An unmissable event awaits you with the pressing of the Vespaiola grapes and the toast in the square with the first must of the 2024 harvest! A festive moment that will be enriched by the investiture of the new Ambassador of Torcolato 2025: Ivan Bigarella, renowned comic artist and Disney cover illustrator. The day will be animated by music and theater, with the Torcolato Violin created by master luthier Fabio Dalla Costa and a captivating theatrical interlude by playwright and actor Diego Dalla Via. For wine lovers, the wineries will be open for the "Fruttaio Tour", a unique opportunity to discover where and how the prized Torcolato is born.

Ein unvergessliches Event erwartet Sie mit dem Pressen der Vespaiola-Trauben und dem ersten Most der Ernte 2024 in der Piazza! Ein Festmoment, der mit der Ernennung des neuen Botschafters des Torcolato 2025 bereichert wird: Ivan Bigarella, berühmter Comiczeichner und Disney-Coverillustrator. Der Tag wird von Musik und Theater belebt, mit der Torcolato-Geige, die vom Geigenbauer Fabio Dalla Costa geschaffen wurde, und einem beeindruckenden Theaterabschnitt des Dramatikers und Schauspielers Diego Dalla Via. Für Weinliebhaber öffnen die Weinkeller für die "Fruttaio Tour", eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, zu entdecken, wo und wie der edle Torcolato entsteht.
